Abstract
【解決手段】第1液室36Aと第2液室36Bを仕切る仕切り体40は、環状のオリフィス形成部材44と、その内周面44Aの間を塞ぐ弾性壁46と、弾性壁をその軸芯方向Xで挟み込む一対の仕切り板48,50とからなる。該一対の仕切り板は、連結部56の径方向外方Ko側に弾性壁46を挟み込む挟持部分60を備え、該挟持部分は、径方向外方側の第1挟持部分64と径方向内方側の第2挟持部分66とからなる。そして、第1挟持部分64に第2挟持部分66よりも弾性壁46を軸芯方向Xにおいて高い圧縮率で挟み込む高圧縮挟持部68を設ける。

Claims (11)
- 第1取付け具と、筒状の第2取付け具と、前記第1取付け具と前記第2取付け具を連結するゴム状弾性材からなる防振基体と、前記第2取付け具に取付けられて前記防振基体との間に液体封入室を形成するゴム状弾性膜からなるダイヤフラムと、前記液体封入室を前記防振基体側の第1液室と前記ダイヤフラム側の第2液室に仕切る仕切り体と、前記第1液室と第2液室を連通させるオリフィスとを備えた液封入式防振装置であって、
前記仕切り体は、
前記第2取付け具の周壁部の内側に設けられて前記オリフィスを形成する環状のオリフィス形成部材と、
前記オリフィス形成部材の内周面の間を塞ぐゴム状弾性材からなる弾性壁と、
前記弾性壁の径方向中央部を貫通する連結部を介して互いに連結され、前記弾性壁を該弾性壁の軸芯方向で挟み込む一対の仕切り板と、からなり、
前記一対の仕切り板は、前記連結部の径方向外方側に前記弾性壁を挟み込む挟持部分を備え、前記挟持部分は、径方向外方側の第1挟持部分と径方向内方側の第2挟持部分とからなり、前記弾性壁の厚み(T)に対する当該弾性壁を挟み込む前記一対の仕切り板の間隔(U)の比(U/T)が前記第1挟持部分で最も小さくなるように前記弾性壁の厚みと前記一対の仕切り板の間隔が設定され、前記第1挟持部分に前記第2挟持部分よりも前記弾性壁を軸芯方向において高い圧縮率で挟み込む高圧縮挟持部が設けられた
ことを特徴とする液封入式防振装置。 - 前記弾性壁は、前記高圧縮挟持部によって挟み込まれる弾性壁部分において前記弾性壁の表裏少なくとも一方の壁面に複数の凹部が周方向に設けられることで、当該弾性壁部分に薄肉状の低剛性部を周方向に断続的に有する、請求項1記載の液封入式防振装置。
- 前記凹部が、前記弾性壁の表裏一方の壁面のみに設けられた、請求項2記載の液封入式防振装置。
- 前記一対の仕切り板の前記第1挟持部分及び該第1挟持部分よりも径方向外方側の仕切り板部分に対向する前記弾性壁の壁面が、径方向外方側ほど軸芯方向外方側に位置する傾斜面状に形成されることで、前記弾性壁の外周部が厚肉状に設けられた、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の液封入式防振装置。
- 前記オリフィス形成部材の内周面に接着固定された前記弾性壁の外周部に、前記傾斜面状の壁面に対して軸芯方向外方側に隆起して前記弾性壁の外周部の剛性を高める隆起部が設けられた、請求項4に記載の液封入式防振装置。
- 前記弾性壁の外周部が接着固定された前記オリフィス形成部材の内周面に、径方向内方に突出して前記弾性壁の外周部の剛性を高める凸部が設けられた、請求項4に記載の液封入式防振装置。
- 前記オリフィス形成部材の内周面に接着固定された前記弾性壁の外周部には、当該弾性壁の第1液室側の壁面において、前記傾斜面状の壁面に対して第1液室側に隆起する隆起部が設けられ、該隆起部の先端が前記オリフィス形成部材の第1液室側端よりも第1液室側に位置しており、
前記弾性壁の外周部が接着固定された前記オリフィス形成部材の内周面には、前記弾性壁の第2液室側の付け根部分において、径方向内方に突出する凸部が設けられて、該凸部の第2液室側の側面が前記弾性壁の軸芯方向に垂直な平面に形成されて、前記凸部の前記第2液室側の側面が前記弾性壁の成形時における成形型に対する前記軸芯方向の押し当て面とされた、請求項4に記載の液封入式防振装置。 - 前記連結部は、一方の前記仕切り板に設けられた前記軸芯方向に垂直な第1平面部と、前記第1平面部から前記軸芯方向に突出する嵌合凸部と、他方の前記仕切り板に設けられて前記嵌合凸部が嵌合する嵌合凹部と、前記嵌合凹部の開口縁部に設けられて前記軸芯方向に垂直な第2平面部とを備えてなり、前記嵌合凸部の外周面に前記第1平面部から前記軸芯方向に離間させて第1溶着部が設けられるとともに、前記嵌合凹部の内周面に前記第2平面部から前記軸芯方向に離間させて第2溶着部が設けられ、
前記第1平面部と前記第2平面部が対接した状態で、前記嵌合凸部と前記嵌合凹部が前記第1溶着部と前記第2溶着部との溶着により嵌合固定された、
請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の液封入式防振装置。 - 前記第1溶着部と前記第2溶着部が互いに嵌合するテーパ面状に形成され、該テーパ面同士の当接により前記嵌合凸部と前記嵌合凹部が同軸状に位置決めされた状態で前記第1溶着部と前記第2溶着部が溶着された、請求項8記載の液封入式防振装置。
- 前記弾性壁は前記連結部が貫通する貫通穴を備え、
前記連結部は、前記一方の仕切り板に設けられて前記貫通穴に対して前記軸芯方向の一方側から差し込まれる第1連結部と、前記他方の仕切り板に設けられて前記貫通穴に対して前記軸芯方向の他方側から差し込まれる第2連結部とからなり、
前記第1連結部に前記第1平面部と前記嵌合凸部が設けられ、前記第2連結部に前記第2平面部と前記嵌合凹部が設けられて、前記第1平面部と前記第2平面部が前記貫通穴の軸芯方向の中央部で対接した状態に前記嵌合凸部と前記嵌合凹部が嵌合固定された、
請求項8又は9記載の液封入式防振装置。 - 前記一対の仕切り板がそれぞれ樹脂材で形成され、前記第1溶着部と前記第2溶着部が超音波溶着により固着された、請求項8〜10のいずれか1項に記載の液封入式防振装置。
