Abstract
本発明は、多重壁の管を製造する方法及びそれから製造された多重壁の管に関する。
【解決手段】
鋼帯は、金属帯の鋼出発層を構成し、当該鋼出発層上の少なくとも一面にはニッケル出発層が形成される。一面のニッケル出発層上あるいは両面の一方又は両方のニッケル出発層上には、半田出発層が形成される。巻くことによって金属帯から又は金属帯の一部から多重壁の管が成形される。管の壁部は、加熱することによって半田付けないし鑞付けされる。

Claims (15)
- 多重壁の管(1)を製造するための方法、特に請求項10乃至15のいずれか一項に記載の管(1)を製造するための方法であって、
鋼帯(19)が金属帯(3)の鋼出発層(2)を構成し、
前記鋼出発層(2)の少なくとも一面にニッケル出発層(4)が形成され、
少なくとも一つの半田出発層(5)が前記一面のニッケル出発層(4)上、又は、前記両面のうちの一方又は両方のニッケル出発層(4)上に形成され、
巻くことによって前記金属帯(3)から、又は、前記金属帯(3)の部分から前記多重壁の管が成形され、
前記管の壁部(1)が加熱によって半田付けないし鑞付けされる方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記ニッケル出発層(4)及び/又は前記半田出発層(5)は、電気メッキにより形成される方法。
- 請求項2に記載の方法であって、前記少なくとも一つのニッケル出発層(4)の電気メッキ及び/又は前記少なくとも一つの半田出発層(5)の電気メッキは、電解質のフロー速度を一定にできる少なくとも一つのセル(13,14)内で行われる方法。
- 請求項2又は3のいずれかに記載の方法であって、前記少なくとも一つの半田出発層(5)の電気メッキは、少なくとも一つのラジアルセル(13)内で行われる方法。
- 請求項2乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、前記少なくとも一つのニッケル出発層(4)の電気メッキ及び/又は前記少なくとも一つの半田出発層(5)の電気メッキは、不溶性の陽極を用いて行われる方法。
- 請求項2乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、前記少なくとも一つのニッケル出発層(4)の電気メッキは、50〜550A/dm2の間の電流密度、好ましくは80〜350A/dm2の間の電流密度、特に好ましくは80〜220A/dm2の間の電流密度で行なわれる方法。
- 請求項2乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、前記少なくとも一つの半田出発層の電気メッキ(5)は、30〜500A/dm2の間の電流密度、好ましくは40〜325A/dm2の間の電流密度、特に好ましくは40〜200A/dm2の間の電流密度で行なわれる方法。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項の記載の方法であって、前記半田出発層(5)は、銅を含む方法。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項の記載の方法であって、前記鋼出発層(2)の両面のそれぞれに一つのニッケル出発層(4)が形成される方法。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、前記鋼出発層(2)の片側だけにおいて、前記半田出発層(5)が前記一面のニッケル出発層(4)上、又は、前記両面のうち一方のニッケル出発層(4)上に形成されるとともに、好ましくは前記ただ一つの半田出発層(5)は、前記管(1)の内面を形成する方法。
- 多重壁の管(1)、特に請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の方法により製造された管(1)であって、
前記管(1)は、少なくとも一つの多重層の金属帯(3)から、又は、多重層の金属帯(3)の少なくとも一つの部分から巻くことにより成形されており、
前記管(1)の各壁部(6)は、鋼層(8)を含み、当該鋼層(8)が片面又は両面で半田層(9)により被覆されており、
前記鋼層(8)は、前記半田層(9)の方に向かって、一定体積中のニッケルの量が増えて行く領域(10)を有しており、
前記半田層(9)は、前記鋼層(8)の方に向かって、一定体積中のニッケルの量が増えて行く領域(10)を有している管。 - 請求項11に記載の多重壁の管(1)であって、ニッケル含有領域(21)が、40〜800nm、好ましくは60〜300nm、特に好ましくは70〜200nmのニッケル出発層(4)の厚さに相当する管。
- 請求項11又は12に記載の多重壁の管(1)であって、前記管(1)の最内層は、複数の前記半田層(9)の一つである管。
- 請求項11乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の多重壁の管(1)であって、最も外側の前記鋼層(8)は、その外側に、一定体積中のニッケルの量が増えて行く領域(10)を有している管。
- 請求項11乃至14のいずれか一項に記載の多重壁の管(1)であって、前記半田層(9)は、銅を含む管。
