Abstract
【解決手段】一対の給排ライン31,32により旋回モータ17と接続された両方向ポンプ16と、両方向ポンプの傾転角を変更するレギュレータ5と、旋回操作弁19から出力される旋回信号に基づいてレギュレータを制御する制御装置8と、を備え、制御装置は、旋回信号が増大する旋回加速時に、旋回モータを通過するモータ流量と、旋回信号から決定される指示流量を算出し、指示流量がモータ流量に所定値を加えた基準流量よりも大きい場合には、両方向ポンプの傾転角が基準流量を実現する傾転角となるようにレギュレータを制御し、指示流量が基準流量以下の場合には、両方向ポンプの傾転角が指示流量を実現する傾転角となるようにレギュレータを制御する。

Description
図3は、左旋回加速制御のフローチャートである。制御装置8は、左旋回パイロット圧Paの時間変化率ΔPaがゼロよりも大きくなったときに(ステップS11でYES)、左旋回加速制御を開始する。
図6は、左旋回減速制御のフローチャートである。制御装置8は、左旋回パイロット圧Paの時間変化率ΔPaがゼロよりも小さくなったときに(ステップS31でYES)、左旋回減速制御を開始する。
本発明は上述した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々の変形が可能である。

Claims (6)
- 旋回モータと、
一対の給排ラインにより閉ループを形成するように前記旋回モータと接続された可変容量型の両方向ポンプと、
前記一対の給排ライン同士を接続する橋架路であって、互いに逆向きに一対のリリーフ弁が設けられた橋架路と、
前記両方向ポンプの傾転角を変更するレギュレータと、
旋回操作を受けて、前記旋回操作の量に応じた大きさの旋回信号を出力する旋回操作弁と、
前記旋回操作弁から出力される旋回信号に基づいて前記レギュレータを制御する制御装置と、を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記旋回信号が増大する旋回加速時に、前記旋回モータを通過するモータ流量と、前記旋回信号から決定される指示流量を算出し、前記指示流量が前記モータ流量に所定値を加えた基準流量よりも大きい場合には、前記両方向ポンプの傾転角が前記基準流量を実現する傾転角となるように前記レギュレータを制御し、前記指示流量が前記基準流量以下の場合には、前記両方向ポンプの傾転角が前記指示流量を実現する傾転角となるように前記レギュレータを制御する、建設機械の油圧駆動システム。 - 前記両方向ポンプと連結された、前記旋回モータ以外のアクチュエータに作動油を供給する供給ポンプをさらに備え、
前記制御装置は、前記旋回信号が減少する旋回減速時に、前記旋回モータを通過するモータ流量と、前記旋回信号から決定される指示流量を算出し、前記指示流量が前記モータ流量から所定値を差し引いた基準流量よりも小さい場合には、前記両方向ポンプの傾転角が前記基準流量を実現する傾転角となるように前記レギュレータを制御し、前記指示流量が前記基準流量以上の場合には、前記両方向ポンプの傾転角が前記指示流量を実現する傾転角となるように前記レギュレータを制御する、請求項1に記載の建設機械の油圧駆動システム。 - 旋回モータと、
一対の給排ラインにより前記旋回モータと閉ループを形成するように接続された可変容量型の両方向ポンプと、
前記両方向ポンプと連結された、前記旋回モータ以外のアクチュエータに作動油を供給する供給ポンプと、
前記一対の給排ライン同士を接続する橋架路であって、互いに逆向きに一対のリリーフ弁が設けられた橋架路と、
前記両方向ポンプの傾転角を変更するレギュレータと、
旋回操作を受けて、前記旋回操作の量に応じた大きさの旋回信号を出力する旋回操作弁と、
前記旋回操作弁から出力される旋回信号に基づいて前記レギュレータを制御する制御装置と、を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記旋回信号が減少する旋回減速時に、前記旋回モータを通過するモータ流量と、前記旋回信号から決定される指示流量を算出し、前記指示流量が前記モータ流量から所定値を差し引いた基準流量よりも小さい場合には、前記両方向ポンプの傾転角が前記基準流量を実現する傾転角となるように前記レギュレータを制御し、前記指示流量が前記基準流量以上の場合には、前記両方向ポンプの傾転角が前記指示流量を実現する傾転角となるように前記レギュレータを制御する、建設機械の油圧駆動システム。 - 前記両方向ポンプは、斜板がセンターから両側に傾倒可能な斜板ポンプであり、
前記レギュレータは、前記両方向ポンプの斜板と連結されたサーボピストン、前記サーボピストンの一方の端部に油圧を作用させるための第1チャンバー、および前記サーボピストンの他方の端部に油圧を作用させるための第2チャンバー、を含むサーボ機構と、
第1ソレノイドおよび第2ソレノイドを有し、前記第1ソレノイドに電流が送給されたときに前記第1チャンバーに作動油を導き、前記第2ソレノイドに電流が送給されたときに前記第2チャンバーに作動油を導くように構成された切換弁と、を含み、
前記制御装置は、前記旋回信号が増大する旋回加速時に、前記基準流量または前記指示流量に応じた電流を前記第1ソレノイドまたは前記第2ソレノイドに送給する、請求項1または2に記載の建設機械の油圧駆動システム。 - 前記両方向ポンプは、斜板がセンターから両側に傾倒可能な斜板ポンプであり、
前記レギュレータは、前記両方向ポンプの斜板と連結されたサーボピストン、前記サーボピストンの一方の端部に油圧を作用させるための第1チャンバー、および前記サーボピストンの他方の端部に油圧を作用させるための第2チャンバー、を含むサーボ機構と、
第1ソレノイドおよび第2ソレノイドを有し、前記第1ソレノイドに電流が送給されたときに前記第1チャンバーに作動油を導き、前記第2ソレノイドに電流が送給されたときに前記第2チャンバーに作動油を導くように構成された切換弁と、を含み、
前記制御装置は、前記旋回信号が減少する旋回減速時に、前記基準流量または前記指示流量に応じた電流を前記第1ソレノイドまたは前記第2ソレノイドに送給する、請求項2または3に記載の建設機械の油圧駆動システム。 - 前記一対の給排ラインに作動油を補給するためのチャージポンプをさらに備え、
前記切換弁は、前記第1ソレノイドまたは前記第2ソレノイドに電流が送給されたときに、前記チャージポンプから吐出された作動油を前記第1チャンバーまたは前記第2チャンバーに導く、請求項4または5に記載の建設機械の油圧駆動システム。
