Claims (5)
- 走行用駆動軸を回転させる走行モータと、
閉ループを形成するように前記走行モータと接続された、エンジンにより駆動される走行ポンプと、
前記エンジンに対して前記走行ポンプと並列に配置された、前記エンジンにより駆動される作業用ポンプであって、逆止弁が設けられた吸入ラインを通じてタンクから作動油を吸入し、吐出ラインを通じて作業用油圧アクチュエータへ作動油を供給する作業用ポンプと、
蓄圧ラインにより前記吐出ラインと接続されるとともに、放圧ラインにより前記吸入ラインにおける前記逆止弁の下流側部分と接続された切換弁と、
中継ラインにより前記切換弁と接続されたアキュムレータと、を備え、
前記切換弁は、前記蓄圧ライン、前記放圧ラインおよび前記中継ラインをブロックする中立位置と、前記蓄圧ラインを前記中継ラインと連通させる蓄圧位置と、前記中継ラインを前記放圧ラインと連通させる放圧位置との間で切り換えられる、建設機械の油圧システム。
- 前記建設機械はホイールローダであり、
前記切換弁を制御する制御装置と、
アクセル指令を受けるアクセルペダルと、
前記走行用駆動軸に設けられたメカニカルブレーキと、
前記メカニカルブレーキに対するプレーキ操作を受けるブレーキペダルと、
車速を検出する車速検出器と、
前記作業用ポンプの吐出圧を検出する吐出圧検出器と、をさらに備え、
前記制御装置は、アクセルペダルとブレーキペダルが同時に踏み込まれ、かつ、前記車速検出器で検出される車速が第1閾値よりも大きい蓄圧条件を満たすときに、前記切換弁を前記蓄圧位置に切り換え、前記蓄圧条件を満たさないときには、前記吐出圧検出器で検出される作業用ポンプの吐出圧が第2閾値よりも大きい場合に前記切換弁を前記放圧位置に切り換える一方、作業用ポンプの吐出圧が前記第2閾値よりも小さい場合に前記切換弁を前記中立位置に切り換える、請求項1に記載の建設機械の油圧システム。 - 操作レバーを含むブーム操作装置およびバケット操作装置をさらに備え、
前記第2閾値は、前記ブーム操作装置および前記バケット操作装置の操作レバーが中立状態のときの前記作業用ポンプの吐出圧より高い値である、請求項2に記載の建設機械の油圧システム。 - 前記作業用ポンプは可変容量型のポンプであり、
前記作業用ポンプの傾転角を調整するレギュレータをさらに備え、
前記制御装置は、前記蓄圧条件を満たすときに、前記切換弁を前記蓄圧位置に切り換えるとともに、前記作業用ポンプの傾転角が増加するように前記レギュレータを制御する、請求項2または3に記載の建設機械の油圧システム。 - 前記ブレーキペダルを含むブレーキ操作装置から前記ブレーキペダルの踏み込み量に応じた信号圧を前記メカニカルブレーキへ導く信号圧ラインに設けられた電磁比例弁であって前記信号圧を減圧可能な電磁比例弁をさらに備え、
前記制御装置は、前記蓄圧条件を満たすときは、前記蓄圧条件を満たさないときよりも前記メカニカルブレーキのブレーキ力が弱くなるように前記電磁比例弁を制御する、請求項2~4のいずれか一項に記載の建設機械の油圧システム。
