Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种泵阀一体机构,包括有气泵,气泵由动力源驱动,其特征在于:所述气泵连接有阀座,阀座内设有主气道,阀座的主气道与气泵相连通,所述主气道上设有泄压结构;所述主气道上连通有充气结构,充气结构包括有分气道、气嘴,分气道内端连通主气道,分气道外端连通所述气嘴,分气道内设有单向阀,单向阀至气嘴对应的分气道上设有泄气孔,所述气嘴、泄气孔及单向阀之间设有电磁阀,充气时,电磁阀控制单向阀与气嘴连通,泄气孔关闭;泄气时,电磁阀控制气嘴与泄气孔连通,单向阀关闭。本实用新型布局合理、结构紧凑,充气与泄气切换灵活快速。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及气泵领域的改进发明,尤其涉及一种泵阀一体机构的改进发明。
背景技术
为了提高汽车座椅的舒适度,通常在座椅的腰托上设置气囊,以及对气囊进行充气与泄气的泵阀系统,然而该泵阀系统的气泵与控制阀在纵向上延伸布置占用较大安装空间,导致装配复杂,同时控制阀仅是简单的通断控制,对气囊的充气与泄气之间的切换不灵活,影响气囊使用的舒适性。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种布局合理、结构紧凑的泵阀一体机构。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是采用如下技术方案来实现的:该种泵阀一体机构,包括有气泵,气泵由动力源驱动,其特征在于:所述气泵连接有阀座,阀座内设有主气道,阀座的主气道与气泵相连通,所述主气道上设有泄压结构;所述主气道上连通有充气结构,充气结构包括有分气道、气嘴,分气道内端连通主气道,分气道外端连通所述气嘴,分气道内设有单向阀,单向阀至气嘴对应的分气道上设有泄气孔,所述气嘴、泄气孔及单向阀之间设有电磁阀,充气时,电磁阀控制单向阀与气嘴连通,泄气孔关闭;泄气时,电磁阀控制气嘴与泄气孔连通,单向阀关闭。
所述充气结构设有两个以上。
所述阀座设置在气泵一侧。
所述动力源为电机,电机传动设置在气泵上端,相应的电机上设有PCBA板,PCBA板上设有连接插针。
所述阀座的主气道与气泵通过U型气管相连通。
所述泄压结构为设置在主气道上的泄压孔,泄压孔处对应设有泄压阀。
所述电磁阀包括有阀杆,阀杆可移动设置在分气道内,且阀杆与分气道之间设有间隙,阀杆两端分别设有上密封垫、下密封垫,上密封垫与泄气孔相配合,下密封垫与单向阀相配合。
所述泄压孔内设有消音海绵。
本实用新型的有益效果是改进后的泵阀一体机构,布局合理,结构紧凑,可对腰托气囊进行快速灵活的充气和泄气。

具体实施方式
附图表示了本实用新型的结构,下面再结合附图进一步说明其有关细节。该泵阀一体机构,安装在壳体内,包括有气泵1,气泵1由动力源驱动,动力源为电机2,电机2传动设置在气泵1上端,相应的电机2上设有PCBA板3,PCBA板3上设有连接插针4;所述气泵1连接有阀座5,优选阀座5设置在气泵1一侧,使布局合理、结构紧凑,阀座5内设有主气道6,阀座5的主气道6与气泵1通过U型气管7相连通,所述主气道6上设有泄压结构8,泄压结构8为设置在主气道6上的泄压孔,泄压孔处对应设有泄压阀,泄压阀根据主气道6内的气压控制泄压孔通断;所述主气道6上连通有充气结构,充气结构优选设有两个以上,可同时进行多个气囊充气,充气结构包括有分气道9、气嘴10,分气道9内端连通主气道6,分气道9外端连通所述气嘴10,分气道9内设有单向阀11,单向阀11至气嘴10对应的分气道9上设有泄气孔12,泄气孔12内还设有消音海绵,用于减少泄气时的噪音,所述气嘴10、泄气孔12及单向阀11之间设有电磁阀13,电磁阀13为两位三通,充气时,电磁阀13控制单向阀11与气嘴10连通,泄气孔12关闭;泄气时,电磁阀13控制气嘴10与泄气孔12连通,单向阀11关闭。
所述电磁阀13包括有阀杆14,阀杆由电磁线圈及复位弹簧控制可移动设置在分气道9内,且阀杆与分气道9之间设有间隙15用于通气,优选阀杆圆柱形侧面上设有平面,阀杆两端分别设有上密封垫16、下密封垫17,上密封垫16与泄气孔12相配合,下密封垫17与单向阀11相配合,其中上密封垫16与下密封垫17为橡胶垫。
本实用新型的工作原理,电机2驱动气泵1充气,气体经U型气管7进入主气道6,主气道6内的气体经分气道9、单向阀11、气嘴10对气囊进行充气,此时电磁阀13控制单向阀11与气嘴10连通,泄气孔12关闭;而当电磁阀13控制气嘴10与泄气孔12连通,单向阀11关闭时,气囊内的气体经气嘴10、分气道9、泄气孔12进行泄气,其中主气道6内的气压过高时,由泄压结构8进行泄压。

1.泵阀一体机构,包括有气泵,气泵由动力源驱动,其特征在于:所述气泵连接有阀座,阀座内设有主气道,阀座的主气道与气泵相连通,所述主气道上设有泄压结构;所述主气道上连通有充气结构,充气结构包括有分气道、气嘴,分气道内端连通主气道,分气道外端连通所述气嘴,分气道内设有单向阀,单向阀至气嘴对应的分气道上设有泄气孔,所述气嘴、泄气孔及单向阀之间设有电磁阀,充气时,电磁阀控制单向阀与气嘴连通,泄气孔关闭;泄气时,电磁阀控制气嘴与泄气孔连通,单向阀关闭。
2.如权利要求1所述的泵阀一体机构,其特征在于:所述充气结构设有两个以上。
3.如权利要求1所述的泵阀一体机构,其特征在于:所述阀座设置在气泵一侧。
4.如权利要求1所述的泵阀一体机构,其特征在于:所述动力源为电机,电机传动设置在气泵上端,相应的电机上设有PCBA板,PCBA板上设有连接插针。
5.如权利要求1所述的泵阀一体机构,其特征在于:所述阀座的主气道与气泵通过U型气管相连通。
6.如权利要求1所述的泵阀一体机构,其特征在于:所述泄压结构为设置在主气道上的泄压孔,泄压孔处对应设有泄压阀。
7.如权利要求1所述的泵阀一体机构,其特征在于:所述电磁阀包括有阀杆,阀杆可移动设置在分气道内,且阀杆与分气道之间设有间隙,阀杆两端分别设有上密封垫、下密封垫,上密封垫与泄气孔相配合,下密封垫与单向阀相配合。
8.如权利要求1所述的泵阀一体机构,其特征在于:所述泄气孔内设有消音海绵。
