Abstract
【解決手段】挿入部の基端側に連設される操作部の先端部に起立自在に設けられ、先端部から導出された処置具を案内する処置具起立台と、処置具起立台に一端が連結され、挿入部の内部に挿通される操作ワイヤと、操作部に設けられ、操作ワイヤの他端が連結され、処置具起立台を起立させる起立操作レバーと、を備え、起立操作レバー及び操作部本体のいずれか一方に設けられた係止突起244と、起立操作レバー及び操作部本体の他方に設けられ、処置具起立台が起立する際に係止突起244を押圧する第1の面220dと、処置具起立台が倒伏する際に係止突起244を押圧する第2の面220uとを有し、係止突起244が第1の面220dを乗り越える際の第1の力量と係止突起244が第2の面220uを乗り越える際の第2の力量とが異なる係止ピン220とを備える。

Description
本発明の一態様に係る内視鏡装置において、挿入部の先端部の側面に照明部及び観察部からなる側視型の内視鏡観察手段を備え、第1の力量は第2の力量よりも大きい態様とすることができる。
なお、通常、術者(操作者)は、内視鏡1の操作を行う際に図32に示すように操作部12の先端側(挿入部10側)を下、その反対の基端側を上に向けて左手で操作部12を把持すると共に、左右アングルノブ70等が配置される右側面13Rに対して反対側の左側面13L側を左手の手の平に対向させて親指以外の指を上面13Uに掛かるようにし、親指を下面13Dに掛かるようにして操作部12を把持する。この場合に、術者から見て操作部12の上面13Uは前方側に向き、操作部12の下面13Dは後方側(操作者側)を向く。
Claims (7)
- 体内に挿入される挿入部と、
前記挿入部の基端側に連設される操作部と、
前記挿入部の先端部に起立自在に設けられる処置具起立台と、
前記処置具起立台に一端が連結され、前記挿入部の内部に挿通される操作ワイヤと、
前記操作部に設けられ、前記操作ワイヤの他端が連結され、前記操作ワイヤを牽引することにより前記処置具起立台を起立させる起立操作部材と、
前記操作部に設けられ、前記起立操作部材を移動可能に保持する操作部本体と、
前記起立操作部材及び前記操作部本体のいずれか一方に設けられた第1の突起と、
前記起立操作部材及び前記操作部本体の他方に設けられ、前記処置具起立台が起立する際に前記第1の突起を押圧する第1の面と、前記処置具起立台が倒伏する際に前記第1の突起を押圧する第2の面とを有し、前記第1の突起が前記第1の面を乗り越える際の第1の力量と前記第1の突起が前記第2の面を乗り越える際の第2の力量とが異なる第2の突起と、
を備える内視鏡装置。 - 前記挿入部の先端部に複数の超音波振動子を配列した超音波トランスデューサを備え、
前記第2の力量は前記第1の力量よりも大きい請求項1に記載の内視鏡装置。 - 前記挿入部の先端部の側面に照明部及び観察部からなる側視型の内視鏡観察手段を備え、
前記第1の力量は前記第2の力量よりも大きい請求項1に記載の内視鏡装置。 - 前記第1の突起又は前記第2の突起を支持する弾性支持部材を備える請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記第2の突起は、前記第1の面及び前記第2の面のいずれか一方の面の傾斜角度が他方の面の傾斜角度に比べて小さい非対称の山型形状を有する請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡装置。
- 前記第2の突起は前記第1の突起による押圧によって回転可能に構成され、
前記処置具起立台が起立する際に前記第1の突起が前記1の面を押圧したときの前記第2の突起の第1の回転量と、前記処置具起立台が倒伏する際に前記第1の突起が前記第2の面を押圧したときの第2の回転量とが異なる請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡装置。 - 前記操作部に回動自在に配設され、前記挿入部の先端側に設けられた湾曲部を湾曲操作する湾曲操作ノブを更に備え、
前記起立操作部材は、前記湾曲操作ノブの回転軸と同軸上に回動自在に配設されている請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡装置。
