- 少なくともエンジンを含む車両の駆動力源により駆動されて油圧を発生する機械式オイルポンプと、前記駆動力源とは別の電気モータにより駆動されて油圧を発生する電動オイルポンプと、前記機械式オイルポンプおよび前記電動オイルポンプが吐出するオイルを供給する前記車両のオイル供給部と、前記機械式オイルポンプと前記オイル供給部とを連通する第1油路と、前記電動オイルポンプと前記オイル供給部とを連通する第2油路と、前記第1油路および前記第2油路が合流する合流部と前記機械式オイルポンプとの間に設けられて前記機械式オイルポンプから前記オイル供給部へ向かう方向だけオイルの流通を許容する第1逆止弁と、前記合流部と前記電動オイルポンプとの間に設けられて前記電動オイルポンプから前記オイル供給部へ向かう方向だけオイルの流通を許容する第2逆止弁とを備えた車両の油圧制御装置において、
前記合流部と前記電動オイルポンプとの間に、前記第2逆止弁を迂回して前記合流部と前記電動オイルポンプとを連通させる第3油路が形成され、
前記第3油路に、前記機械式オイルポンプが吐出するオイルの流量を規制する絞り機構が設けられている
ことを特徴とする車両の油圧制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両の油圧制御装置において、
前記エンジンのクランク軸を回転させることにより、前記機械式オイルポンプを駆動して油圧を発生させ、前記機械式オイルポンプから前記第3油路を介して前記電動オイルポンプ側へオイルを流通させることが可能なように構成されていることを特徴とする車両の油圧制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載の車両の油圧制御装置において、
少なくも前記機械式オイルポンプを収容するケーシングと、
前記ケーシング内のオイルの温度を検出する油温センサと、
前記エンジンの冷却水の温度を検出する水温センサとを備え、
前記オイルの温度が所定油温以上、かつ、前記冷却水の温度が所定水温以上の場合に、前記電動オイルポンプの駆動を許可するとともに、前記オイルの温度が前記所定油温以上、かつ、前記冷却水の温度が前記所定水温未満の場合には、前記エンジンのクランク軸を回転させた後に、前記電動オイルポンプの駆動を許可するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする車両の油圧制御装置。 - 請求項3に記載の車両の油圧制御装置において、
前記電動オイルポンプの駆動が許可されてその駆動を開始した後に、前記電動オイルポンプの回転数が所定回転数に満たない場合には、前記電動オイルポンプの駆動を抑制するように構成されていることを特徴とする車両の油圧制御装置。
