Abstract
Description
本発明の多孔質樹脂粒子は、比表面積が190〜300m2/gであり、多数の孔を有している。このような本発明の多孔質樹脂粒子は、光拡散性及び吸油性の両方に優れている。
本発明の多孔質樹脂粒子は、単官能(メタ)アクリル酸エステル1〜50重量%と架橋性単量体50〜99重量%とを含む単量体混合物を、有機溶剤の存在下、水性媒体中で懸濁重合させて、多孔質樹脂粒子を含有する懸濁液を得る重合工程と、前記重合工程の後、前記懸濁液を蒸留して、前記懸濁液から前記有機溶剤を除去する蒸留工程とを有しており、前記重合工程において、前記有機溶剤を、前記単量体混合物100重量部に対して180超〜450重量部使用する製造方法により、製造することができる。
重合工程では、単官能(メタ)アクリル酸エステル1〜50重量%と架橋性単量体50〜99重量%とを含む単量体混合物を、水性媒体中、有機溶剤の存在下で懸濁重合させて、多孔質樹脂粒子を含有する懸濁液を得る。この重合工程において、前記懸濁重合は、例えば、前記水性媒体を含む水相中に、前記単量体混合物と前記有機溶剤とを含む混合物(油相)の液滴を分散させて、前記単量体混合物を重合することにより行うことができる。
蒸留工程では、前記重合工程で得られた多孔質樹脂粒子を含む懸濁液を蒸留することにより、前記懸濁液から前記有機溶剤を除去する。
前記重合工程において分散安定剤を用いた場合には、前記蒸留工程の後、前記懸濁液に含まれる前記分散安定剤を分解除去することが好ましい。例えば、前記重合工程において、酸により分解して水に溶解する分散安定剤を用いた場合、前記分散安定剤の分解除去は、前記蒸留工程により前記有機溶剤が除去された懸濁液に酸を加えて前記分散安定剤を分解し、前記懸濁液中に溶解させた後、前記懸濁液を濾過して多孔質樹脂粒子を濾別し、濾別した多孔質樹脂粒子を水洗することにより行うことができる。
また、前記蒸留工程の後(分解除去工程を有する場合には、分解除去工程の後)、前記懸濁液から濾別した多孔質樹脂粒子は、次に示す通り、乾燥させることが好ましい。
本発明の外用剤は、本発明の多孔質樹脂粒子を含んでいる。本発明の外用剤は、光拡散性と吸油性に優れる本発明の多孔質樹脂粒子を含んでいるため、肌に塗布されることで、皮脂を吸収して肌をさらさらに整え、テカリを抑制することができ、且つ、光の多重散乱(光拡散効果)により、毛穴、シミ、シワ等を目立たなくすることができる。また、本発明の外用剤が、嵩比重の低い本発明の多孔質樹脂粒子を含む場合には、皮膚に塗布する際の伸展性に優れる。
本発明の多孔質樹脂粒子は、塗膜軟質化剤、塗料用艶消し剤、光拡散剤等としてコーティング剤に含有させることが可能である。本発明のコーティング剤は、本発明の多孔質樹脂粒子を含んでいる。
本発明の光学フィルムは、本発明のコーティング剤を基材に塗工したものである。光学フィルムの具体例としては、拡散フィルムや防眩フィルム等を挙げることができる。
本発明の樹脂組成物は、本発明の多孔質樹脂粒子と基材樹脂とを含むものである。この本発明の樹脂粒子組成物は、本発明の多孔質樹脂粒子を含み、光拡散性に優れることから、照明カバー(発光ダイオード(LED)照明用照明カバー、蛍光灯照明用照明カバー等)、光拡散シート、光拡散板等の光拡散部材(光拡散体)の原料として使用できる。
本発明の成形体は、本発明の樹脂組成物を成形してなるものである。本発明の成形体の具体例としては、照明カバー(発光ダイオード(LED)照明用照明カバー、蛍光灯照明用照明カバー等)、光拡散シート、光拡散板等の光拡散部材を挙げることができる。
樹脂粒子の体積平均粒子径は、コールターマルチサイザーIII(ベックマン・コールター株式会社製測定装置)により測定する。測定は、ベックマン・コールター株式会社発行のMultisizerTM 3ユーザーズマニュアルに従って校正されたアパチャーを用いて実施するものとする。
樹脂粒子の比表面積は、ISO 9277第1版 JIS Z 8830:2001記載のBET法(窒素吸着法)により測定した。対象となる樹脂粒子について、株式会社島津製作所社製の自動比表面積/細孔分布測定装置Tristar3000を用いてBET窒素吸着等温線を測定し、窒素吸着量からBET多点法を用いて比表面積を算出した。加熱ガスパージによる前処理を実施した後、吸着質として窒素を用い、吸着質断面積0.162nm2の条件下で定容量法を用いて測定を行った。なお、前記前処理は、具体的には、樹脂粒子が入った容器を65℃で加熱しながら、窒素パージを20分行い、室温放冷した後、その容器を65℃で加熱しながら、前記容器内の圧力が0.05mmHg以下になるまで真空脱気を行うことにより、行った。
樹脂粒子の孔の細孔径(平均細孔径)及び細孔容積は、BJH法により求める。測定対象となる樹脂粒子について、株式会社島津製作所製の自動比表面積/細孔分布測定装置Tristar3000を用いて、窒素脱着等温線を測定し、BJH法に基づいて、細孔径(平均細孔径)及び細孔容積(積算細孔容積)を算出する。なお、窒素脱着等温線の測定は、吸着質として窒素を用い、吸着質断面積0.162nm2の条件下で定容法を用いて行った。
樹脂粒子の嵩比重(固め見掛け比重)は、ホソカワミクロン株式会社製のパウダーテスターPT−E型を用いて測定した。具体的には、上記パウダーテスターPT−E型本体に付属の部品(固定シュート、バイブロシュート、スペースリング、目開き710μmの篩、篩押さえ)を取り付け、その下に矩形パットを置き、テーブル・カップベースの凹みに、上記パウダーテスターPT−E型本体に付属のカップ(内容量100ml)を置く。その後、上記パウダーテスターPT−E型に付属のスコップを用いて、測定する樹脂粒子を適当量、篩の上に静かに置き、振動させて上記カップ(内容量100ml)を充満(充填時間20〜30秒)させる。次いで、上記カップの上部に、上記パウダーテスターPT−E型に付属のキャップをつぎ足して、樹脂粒子を前記キャップの上部まで静かに補充し、上記カップをタッピングホルダーにセットする。タッピング時に上記カップ内の樹脂粒子が飛び跳ねることを防止する為に上記キャップの上にキャップカバーを取り付けて、180秒タッピング(60回/min)してから、上記カップの上部にある余分な樹脂粒子を、パウダーテスターPT−E型に付属のブレードを垂直に立ててすり切って除き、樹脂粒子の重量を上皿天秤にて秤量した。そして、秤量した樹脂粒子の重量(g)から、嵩比重(固め見掛け比重)を下式により、算出した。
樹脂粒子の吸油量は、JIS K 5101−13−2の測定方法をベースとして、煮アマニ油に代えて精製アマニ油を使用し、終点の判断基準を変更した(「測定板をたてても、試料が流動しない」時点に変更した)方法によって、測定した。吸油量の測定の詳細は、以下の通りである。

化学はかり(計量器): 10mgオーダーまで計れるもの
ビュレット:JIS R 3505に規定する容量10mlのもの
(B)試薬
精製アマニ油:ISO 150に規定するもの(今回は一級アマニ油(和光純薬工業株式会社製)を用いる)
(C)測定方法
(1)樹脂粒子1gを測定板上の中央部に取り、精製アマニ油をビュレットから一回に4、5滴ずつ、徐々に樹脂粒子の中央に滴下し、その都度、樹脂粒子および精製アマニ油の全体をパレットナイフで充分練り合わせる。
精製アマニ油の最後の1滴の滴下により、ペーストが急激に軟らかくなり、測定板を垂直に立てた時にペーストが動いた場合に、ペーストが流動していると判定する。測定板を垂直に立てた時もペーストが動かない場合には、更に精製アマニ油を1滴加える。
下記式により試料100g当たりの吸油量を計算する。
ここで、O:吸油量(ml/100g)、m:樹脂粒子の重量(g)、V:消費した精製アマニ油の容積(ml)
樹脂粒子の圧縮強度(S10強度)は、株式会社島津製作所製の微小圧縮試験機「MCTM−200」を用いて、下記測定条件にて測定した。

〔樹脂粒子の光拡散性の評価方法〕
以下に示す方法により、樹脂粒子の表面で反射した光の拡散性を評価した。
樹脂粒子の反射光度分布を、三次元光度計(株式会社村上色彩研究所製のゴニオフォトメーターGP−200)を用い、室温20℃、相対湿度65%の環境下で測定した。
(1) 図1に示すように、白黒色隠蔽紙(BYK−Gardner製Test chart 2803)4の黒色部分を中心に、5cm角の正方形にカットした両面テープ(日東電工製 ORT−1)3を貼った。
(2) 次いで、前記白黒色隠蔽紙4の黒色部分上の両面テープ3の粘着面に、樹脂粒子2を見かけ密度測定器の漏斗および漏斗台(JIS K5101−12−1)を用いて落としてから、その粘着面上の余分な樹脂粒子2を0.05〜0.1Mpaの圧縮空気で吹き飛ばした。
(3) 前記白黒隠蔽紙4を平坦なガラス板の上に載せ、別の平坦な5cm角の正方形の250gのガラス板を樹脂粒子2の点着面に載せ、樹脂粒子2に荷重を加えて1分間静置した。その後、再び、前記粘着面上の余分な樹脂粒子を圧縮空気で吹き飛ばした。
(4) (2)及び(3)の操作を3回繰り返した試験片を反射光度分布測定用の試験片1とした。そして、得られた試験片1の反射光を次のようにして測定した。図1に示すように、試験片1(樹脂粒子2)の法線(0°)に対して−45°の角度で、ハロゲンランプを光源とした光5を試験片1(樹脂粒子2)に入射させ、反射した反射光6の反射角−90°〜+90°における光度分布を三次元光度計により測定した。測定に際しては全ての入射光が試験片1の黒色部分に入射するように試験片1の位置を調整した。なお、反射光検出は分光感度185〜850nm、最高感度波長530nmの光電子増倍管により検出した。
前記反射光度分布の測定により得られた反射角0°、+25°、+45°、+75°における反射光強度データ(ピーク光度データ)から、反射角+45°の反射光強度(ピーク光度)を100としたときの、反射角0°、+25°、及び+75°における反射光強度(ピーク光度)を求めた。反射角+45°(正反射方向)の反射光強度を100としたとき、反射角0°、+25°、及び+75°の各々の反射光強度が100に近づくほど、化粧料に配合したときのソフトフォーカス効果が大きくなる。
樹脂粒子中に残存する未反応の単官能(メタ)アクリル酸エステルの量は、測定対象となる樹脂粒子の製造に使用した単官能(メタ)アクリル酸エステルに応じて、公知の方法により測定することができる。後述する実施例及び比較例では、単官能(メタ)アクリル酸エステルとして、メタクリル酸メチル又はメタクリル酸エチル等のメタクリル酸アルキルを使用しているため、以下に、樹脂粒子中に残存する未反応のメタクリル酸アルキルの量(メタクリル酸アルキル残量)の測定方法を示す。
試験管に、測定対象となる樹脂粒子1gと、二硫化炭素25mlと、内部標準液1mlとを投入し、室温にて12時間抽出した。得られた抽出液を1.8μl採取し、注入した。なお、内部標準液は、二硫化炭素75mlにトルエン0.1mlを加えたものとした。
上記試料液について、ガスクロマトグラフ装置(株式会社島津製作所製、商品名「GC−14A」)にて下記測定条件で測定を行い、メタクリル酸アルキル量(メタクリル酸メチル量、メタクリル酸エチル量)を内部標準法で定量した。

後述する実施例1〜6及び比較例1〜2の樹脂粒子を含むパウダーファンデーション、乳化型ファンデーション、ボディパウダーに対して、パネラー10名による官能試験を行った。この試験におけるパウダーファンデーションの評価項目は、「ソフトフォーカス性」、「化粧もち」、「伸展性」及び「やさらかさ」であり、乳化型ファンデーションの評価項目は「ソフトフォーカス性」、「化粧もち」、及び「なめらかさ」についてであり、ボディパウダーの評価項目は「伸展性」及び「さらさら感」である。これらの評価項目について、次のような基準で4段階評価を行った。

(樹脂粒子の製造)
脱イオン水1200gに、分散安定剤としてのピロリン酸マグネシウム80gと、アニオン性界面活性剤としてのラウリル硫酸ナトリウム0.25gと、両性イオン界面活性剤としてのラウリルジメチルアミノ酢酸ベタイン(日油株式会社製、商品名:ニッサンアノンBL(有効固形分36重量%))0.7gを加えて水相とした。一方、単官能(メタ)アクリル酸エステルとしてのメタクリル酸メチル100g(単量体混合物全体に対して、50重量%)と、架橋性単量体としてのエチレングリコールジメタクリレート(EGDMA)100g(単量体混合物全体に対して、50重量%)と、有機溶剤としての酢酸エチル(沸点77℃)400g(単量体混合物100重量部に対して、200重量部)と、重合開始剤としての2,2'−アゾビス(2,4−ジメチルバレロニトリル)1.8gとの混合液を調製して油相とした。水相と油相とを混合し、分散機(プライミクス株式会社製、商品名「T.K.ホモミクサーMARK II 2.5型」)にて回転数8000rpmで、前記水相中に前記油相の液滴を分散させて、分散液を得た。この分散液を、攪拌機及び温度計を備えた重合器に入れ、攪拌下に窒素置換しながら50℃まで加温し、懸濁重合を開始した。内温を50℃で4時間保持した後、更に内温を70℃で2時間半保持することにより、樹脂粒子を含む懸濁液を得た(重合工程)。
樹脂粒子の製造で得た樹脂粒子10重量部と、色材原料としてのタルク42重量部と、粘土鉱物類としてのセリサイト17重量部と、色材原料としての酸化チタン10重量部と、色材原料としての赤色酸化鉄0.6重量部と、色材原料としての黄色酸化鉄1重量部と、色材原料としての黒色酸化鉄0.1重量部と、炭化水素としての流動パラフィン2重量部と、脂肪酸エステルとしてのミリスチン酸オクチルデシル3.5重量部と、界面活性剤としてのイソステアリン酸ソルビタン0.5重量部と、高級アルコールとしての2−オクチルドデカノール3.0重量部との配合処方で各種原料を用意した。そして、樹脂粒子と、タルクと、セリサイトと、酸化チタンと、赤色酸化鉄と、黄色酸化鉄と、黒色酸化鉄とをヘンシェルミキサーで混合し、これに、流動パラフィンと、ミリスチン酸オクチルデシルと、イソステアリン酸ソルビタンと、2−オクチルドデカノールとを混合溶解したものを加えて均一に混合した。これを、公知の方法により、粉砕して篩いに通して粉体を得た。この粉体を、公知の方法により、金皿に圧縮成型してパウダーファンデーションを得た。
樹脂粒子の製造で得た樹脂粒子20.0重量部と、粘土鉱物類としてのセリサイト6.0重量部と、色材原料としての酸化チタン3.0重量部と、顔料(適量)とをヘンシェルミキサーで混合し、粉末部を調製した。
樹脂粒子の製造で得た樹脂粒子50.0重量部と、粘土鉱物類としてのマイカ25.0重量部と、粘土鉱物類としてのセリサイト25.0重量部とをヘンシェルミキサーで混合した後、Retsch社製のロータースピードミルZM−100を用いて、1回粉砕(12本刃ローター使用、1mmスクリーン装着、回転数14000rpm)し、ボディパウダーを得た。
単官能(メタ)アクリル酸エステルとしてのメタクリル酸メチルの使用量を60g(単量体混合物全体に対して、40重量%)とし、架橋性単量体としてのエチレングリコールジメタクリレート(EGDMA)の使用量を90g(単量体混合物全体に対して、60重量%)とし、有機溶剤としての酢酸エチル(沸点77℃)の使用量を450g(単量体混合物100重量部に対して、300重量部)とした以外は実施例1と同様にして樹脂粒子を製造した。そして、得られた樹脂粒子を用いて実施例1と同様にして、パウダーファンデーション、乳化型ファンデーション、及びボディパウダーを製造した。
単官能(メタ)アクリル酸エステルとしてのメタクリル酸メチルの使用量を80g(単量体混合物全体に対して、40重量%)とし、架橋性単量体としてのエチレングリコールジメタクリレート(EGDMA)の使用量を120g(単量体混合物全体に対して、60重量%)とし、有機溶剤としての酢酸エチル(沸点77℃)の使用量を400g(単量体混合物100重量部に対して、200重量部)とした以外は実施例1と同様にして樹脂粒子を製造した。また、得られた樹脂粒子を用いて実施例1と同様にして、パウダーファンデーション、乳化型ファンデーション、及びボディパウダーを製造した。
単官能(メタ)アクリル酸エステルとしてのメタクリル酸メチルの使用量を80g(単量体混合物全体に対して、40重量%)とし、架橋性単量体としてのエチレングリコールジメタクリレート(EGDMA)の使用量を120g(単量体混合物全体に対して、60重量%)とし、有機溶剤として、酢酸エチル(沸点77℃)400g(単量体混合物100重量部に対して、200重量部)に代えて、トルエン(沸点110℃)400g(単量体混合物100重量部に対して、200重量部)を使用した以外は実施例1と同様にして樹脂粒子を製造した。また、得られた樹脂粒子を用いて実施例1と同様にして、パウダーファンデーション、乳化型ファンデーション、及びボディパウダーを製造した。
単官能(メタ)アクリル酸エステルとしてのメタクリル酸メチルの使用量を60g(単量体混合物全体に対して、40重量%)とし、架橋性単量体として、エチレングリコールジメタクリレート(EGDMA)100gに代えて、トリメタクリル酸トリメチロールプロパン(TMP)90g(単量体混合物全体に対して、60重量%)を使用し、有機溶剤としての酢酸エチル(沸点77℃)の使用量を450g(単量体混合物100重量部に対して、300重量部)とした以外は実施例1と同様にして樹脂粒子を製造した。そして、得られた樹脂粒子を用いて実施例1と同様にして、パウダーファンデーション、乳化型ファンデーション、及びボディパウダーを製造した。
単官能(メタ)アクリル酸エステルとして、メタクリル酸メチル100gに代えて、メタクリル酸エチル60g(単量体混合物全体に対して、40重量%)を使用し、架橋性単量体としてのエチレングリコールジメタクリレート(EGDMA)の使用量を90g(単量体混合物全体に対して、60重量%)とし、有機溶剤として、酢酸エチル(沸点77℃)400g(単量体混合物100重量部に対して、200重量部)に代えて、トルエン(沸点110℃)450g(単量体混合物100重量部に対して、300重量部)を使用した以外は実施例1と同様にして樹脂粒子を製造した。また、得られた樹脂粒子を用いて実施例1と同様にして、パウダーファンデーション、乳化型ファンデーション、及びボディパウダーを製造した。
単官能(メタ)アクリル酸エステルとしてのメタクリル酸メチルの使用量を180g(単量体混合物全体に対して、60重量%)とし、架橋性単量体としてのエチレングリコールジメタクリレート(EGDMA)の使用量を120g(単量体混合物全体に対して、40重量%)とし、有機溶剤としての酢酸エチル(沸点77℃)の使用量を300g(単量体混合物100重量部に対して、100重量部)とした以外は実施例1と同様にして樹脂粒子を製造した。また、得られた樹脂粒子を用いて実施例1と同様にして、パウダーファンデーション、乳化型ファンデーション、及びボディパウダーを製造した。
単官能(メタ)アクリル酸エステルとしてのメタクリル酸メチルの使用量を570g(単量体混合物全体に対して、95重量%)とし、架橋性単量体としてのエチレングリコールジメタクリレート(EGDMA)の使用量を30g(単量体混合物全体に対して、5重量%)とし、有機溶剤としての酢酸エチル(沸点77℃)を使用しなかった以外は実施例1と同様にして樹脂粒子を製造した。また、得られた樹脂粒子を用いて実施例1と同様にして、パウダーファンデーション、乳化型ファンデーション、及びボディパウダーを製造した。
実施例2で得られた樹脂粒子(多孔質樹脂粒子)5重量部と、バインダー樹脂としてのアクリル系樹脂(商品名:メジウム VM(K)、大日精化工業株式会社製、固形分32%)29重量部と、トルエン41重量部とを混合し、これを遠心攪拌機により3分間攪拌して、コーティング剤を得た。この後、得られたコーティング剤を、基材としてのPETフィルム上に50μmコーターを用いて塗工した。得られたフィルムを70℃に保った乾燥機にて1時間乾燥させることにより光学フィルムを得た。得られた光学フィルムのヘイズ、全光線透過率およびグロス(艶消し性)を測定した。結果を表2に示す。
実施例2で得られた樹脂粒子(多孔質樹脂粒子)1重量部と、バインダー樹脂としてのアクリル系樹脂(商品名:メジウム VM(K)、大日精化工業株式会社製、固形分32%)29重量部と、トルエン41重量部とを混合し、これを遠心攪拌機により3分間攪拌することにより得られたコーティング剤を用いた以外は実施例7と同様にして光学フィルムを得た。得られた光学フィルムのヘイズ、全光線透過率およびグロスを測定した。この結果を表3に示す。
実施例2で得られた樹脂粒子に代えて、比較例1で得られた樹脂粒子を用いた以外は実施例7と同様にして光学フィルムを得た。得られた光学フィルムのヘイズ、全光線透過率およびグロス(艶消し性)を測定した。この結果を表2に示す。
実施例2で得られた樹脂粒子に代えて、比較例2で得られた樹脂粒子を用いた以外は実施例7と同様にして光学フィルムを得た。得られた光学フィルムのヘイズ、全光線透過率およびグロス(艶消し性)を測定した。この結果を表2に示す。
実施例2で得られた樹脂粒子に代えて、比較例1で得られた樹脂粒子を用いた以外は実施例8と同様にして光学フィルムを得た。得られた光学フィルムのヘイズ、全光線透過率およびグロス(艶消し性)を測定した。この結果を表3に示す。
実施例2で得られた樹脂粒子に代えて、比較例2で得られた樹脂粒子を用いた以外は実施例8と同様にして光学フィルムを得た。得られた光学フィルムのヘイズ、全光線透過率およびグロス(艶消し性)を測定した。結果を表3に示す。
実施例7〜8、及び比較例3〜6で得られた光学フィルムのヘイズおよび全光線透過率を、日本電色工業株式会社製のヘイズメーター「NDH−4000」を使用して測定した。全光線透過率の測定はJIS K 7361−1に、ヘイズの測定はJIS K 7136にそれぞれ従って実施した。なお、表2及び3に示すヘイズおよび全光線透過率は、2個の測定サンプルの測定値の平均値である(測定サンプル数n=2)。ヘイズの値は、光学フィルムを透過した光(透過光)の拡散性が高い程、高くなる。
実施例7〜8、及び比較例3〜6で得られた光学フィルムのグロスを株式会社堀場製作所製のグロスチェッカ(光沢計)「IG−331」を使用して、測定した。具体的には、JIS Z8741に記載の方法に準拠して、上記グロスチェッカ(光沢計)「IG−331」により、光学フィルムの60°でのグロスを測定した。グロスの値は、光学フィルムの表面(具体的には、コーティング剤が塗工されて形成された塗膜表面)で反射した光の拡散性が高い程、低くなり、艶消し性がよいことを意味する。

Claims (14)
- 単量体混合物の重合体からなる多孔質樹脂粒子であって、
前記単量体混合物は、単量体として、少なくとも、単官能(メタ)アクリル酸エステルと架橋性単量体とを含み、
前記単量体混合物における前記単官能(メタ)アクリル酸エステルの含有率が、1〜50重量%であり、
前記単量体混合物における前記架橋性単量体の含有率が、50〜99重量%であり、
当該多孔質樹脂粒子の比表面積が190〜300m2/gで、嵩比重が0.25〜0.45g/mlであることを特徴とする多孔質樹脂粒子。 - 請求項1に記載の多孔質樹脂粒子であって、
前記架橋性単量体が、(メタ)アクリル系架橋性単量体であることを特徴とする多孔質樹脂粒子。 - 比表面積が190〜300m2/gであり、
当該多孔質樹脂粒子に対して−45°の入射角で入射し、+45°の方向へ正反射した光の反射光強度100とした場合に、当該多孔質樹脂粒子に対して−45°の入射角で入射し、0°の方向へ反射した光の反射光強度が45以上である光学特性を有することを特徴とする多孔質樹脂粒子。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の多孔質樹脂粒子であって、
吸油量が200〜700ml/100gであることを特徴とする多孔質樹脂粒子。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の多孔質樹脂粒子であって、
細孔容積が0.4〜0.9ml/gであることを特徴とする多孔質樹脂粒子。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の多孔質樹脂粒子であって、
10%圧縮変位時の圧縮強度が3.0〜7.0MPaであることを特徴とする多孔質樹脂粒子。 - 多孔質樹脂粒子の製造方法であって、
単官能(メタ)アクリル酸エステル1〜50重量%と架橋性単量体50〜99重量%とを含む単量体混合物を、有機溶剤の存在下、水性媒体中で懸濁重合させて、多孔質樹脂粒子を含有する懸濁液を得る重合工程と、
前記重合工程の後、前記懸濁液を蒸留して、前記懸濁液から前記有機溶剤を除去する蒸留工程とを有しており、
前記重合工程において、前記有機溶剤を、前記単量体混合物100重量部に対して180超〜450重量部使用することを特徴とする多孔質樹脂粒子の製造方法。 - 請求項7に記載の多孔質樹脂粒子の製造方法であって、
前記有機溶剤として、沸点が70〜90℃の有機溶剤を用いることを特徴とする多孔質樹脂粒子の製造方法。 - 請求項7又は8に記載の多孔質樹脂粒子の製造方法であって、
前記架橋性単量体として、(メタ)アクリル系架橋性単量体を用いることを特徴とする多孔質樹脂粒子の製造方法。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の多孔質樹脂粒子を含むことを特徴とする外用剤。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の多孔質樹脂粒子を含むことを特徴とするコーティング剤。
- 請求項11に記載のコーティング剤を基材に塗工してなることを特徴とする光学フィルム。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の多孔質樹脂粒子と、基材樹脂とを含むことを特徴とする樹脂組成物。
- 請求項13に記載の樹脂組成物を成形してなることを特徴とする成形体。
