Abstract
Description
試験方法は次のものを含む。
ASTM D445に従って40℃と100℃における動粘度を測定した。
ASTM 2270に従って粘度指数を測定した。
ASTM D7042に従って密度を測定した。
ASTM D3427に従って空気排出を測定した。通常は低粘度液体であり、40℃において22〜150cStの範囲である作動液については50℃において空気排出測定を行った。高粘度液体については75℃のような高温で測定を行った。
ASTM D2793に従って1760±40rpm、18〜36℃の温度において極圧融着荷重を測定した。
Claims (11)
- 75重量パーセントから95重量パーセントまでのポリアルファオレフィンベースの油および7.5重量パーセントから25重量パーセントまでの油溶性ポリアルキレングリコール(OSP)添加剤であって、40℃において15cStから50cStまでの粘度を有し、且つ、プロピレンオキシド由来の単位とブチレンオキシド由来の単位を備える前記ポリアルキレングリコールを含む潤滑性組成物であり、少なくとも160kgの四球EP融着荷重試験結果と75℃における3分未満の空気排出値を示す前記潤滑性組成物。
- 前記OSP添加剤が400g/モルから1100g/モルまでの分子量を有する、請求項1に記載の潤滑性組成物。
- 前記OSP添加剤が30重量パーセントから70重量パーセントまでのプロピレンオキシド由来の単位と70重量パーセントから30重量パーセントまでのブチレンオキシド由来の単位を含む、請求項1から2のいずれか一項に記載の潤滑性組成物。
- 前記OSP添加剤が40重量パーセントから60重量パーセントまでのプロピレンオキシド由来の単位と60重量パーセントから40重量パーセントまでのブチレンオキシド由来の単位を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の潤滑性組成物。
- 前記OSP添加剤が50重量パーセントプロピレンオキシド由来の単位と50重量パーセントブチレンオキシド由来の単位を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の潤滑性組成物。
- 前記OSP添加剤が18cStから46cStまでの粘度を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の潤滑性組成物。
- 前記OSP添加剤が32cStの粘度を有する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の潤滑性組成物。
- 耐摩耗性添加剤、黄色金属不動態化剤、および抗酸化剤からなる群より選択される1種類以上の添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の潤滑性組成物。
- 0.25重量パーセントから2重量パーセントまでの1種類以上の極圧添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の潤滑性組成物。
- 0.5重量パーセントから1重量パーセントまでの1種類以上の極圧添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の潤滑性組成物。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の潤滑性組成物を含むギア潤滑油。
