Abstract
Description
本発明の一実施形態は、K値が72〜84であるPVC樹脂を含む強度と耐水圧に優れた硬質IPVCパイプ樹脂組成物を提供する。
本発明の他の実施形態は、前記樹脂組成物を押出して製造される強度と耐水圧に優れた硬質IPVCパイプを提供する。
K値が72であるPVC樹脂を含み、PVC樹脂100重量部に対してスズ安定剤(TIN Complex)2.5重量部、衝撃補強剤としてアクリル共重合体(AIM)3.0重量部、ブチルメタクリレート(BA)及びメチルメタクリレート(MMA)がそれぞれ1:1の重量比で混合された滑剤3.0重量部を含む樹脂組成物を押出し、直径が114mmで、厚さが7.1mmであるパイプを製造した。
K値が76であるPVC樹脂を含み、PVC樹脂100重量部を使用し、前記滑剤を4.0重量部含むことを除いては、実施例1と同様にパイプを製造した。
K値が84であるPVC樹脂を含み、PVC樹脂100重量部を使用し、前記滑剤を5.0重量部含むことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様にパイプを製造した。
ブチルメタクリレート(BA)及びメチルメタクリレート(MMA)がそれぞれ1:2の重量比で混合された滑剤を10重量部含むことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様にパイプを製造した。
K値が66であるPVC樹脂を含み、PVC樹脂100重量部に対してスズ安定剤(TIN Complex)2.1重量部、衝撃補強剤としてアクリル共重合体(AIM)6.0重量部、加工調剤としてPA(Processing Aid)1.0重量部及びオレフィン系列滑剤1.6重量部を含む樹脂組成物を押出し、直径が114mmで、厚さが7.1mmであるパイプを製造した。
Claims (6)
- K値が72〜84であるPVC樹脂を含む強度と耐水圧に優れた硬質IPVCパイプ樹脂組成物。
- 前記K値が72〜84であるPVC樹脂100重量部に対して、
スズ安定剤(Tin Complex)1重量部〜3重量部と、
衝撃補強剤3重量部〜10重量部と、
メタクリレート系滑剤1重量部〜10重量部と、を含む、請求項1に記載の強度と耐水圧に優れた硬質IPVCパイプ樹脂組成物。 - 前記メタクリレート系滑剤は、ブチルメタクリレート及びメチルメタクリレートを含む、請求項2に記載の強度と耐水圧に優れた硬質IPVCパイプ樹脂組成物。
- 前記メタクリレート系滑剤は、ブチルメタクリレート及びメチルメタクリレートを1:1〜1:2の重量比で含む、請求項2に記載の強度と耐水圧に優れた硬質IPVCパイプ樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項に記載した樹脂組成物を押出して製造される強度と耐水圧に優れた硬質IPVCパイプ。
- 前記パイプの引張強度が50MPa〜60MPaである、請求項5に記載の強度と耐水圧に優れた硬質IPVCパイプ。
