ペンタン、イソペンタン、パープルルオロメタン、クロロトリフルオロタン、ジクロロジフルオロメタン、トリクロロフルオロメタン、パーフルオロエタン、1−クロロ−1,1−ジフルオロエタン、クロロペンタフルオロエタン、ジクロロテトラフルオロエタン、トリクロロトリフルオロエタン、パーフルオロプロパン、クロロヘプタフルオロプロパン、ジクロロヘキサフルオロプロパン、パーフルオロブタン、クロロナフルオロブタン、パーフルオロシクロブタン、アゾジルボンアミド(ADCA)、アゾビスイソブチロニトリル、ベンゼンスルホンヒドラジド、4,4−オキシベンゼンスルホニル−セミカルバジド、p−トルエンスルホニルセミカルバジド、バリウムアゾジカルボキシレート、N,N´ジメチル−N、N´−ジニトロソテレフタルアミド、およびトリヒドラジノトリアジンを含んでいるが、これに制限されない。一般的に、ADCAが好ましい発泡剤である。
Claims (6)
- オレフィンブロック共重合体とゴムのブレンドを高分子基材とし、架橋剤および発泡剤を含むフォームタイヤ用組成物。
- 請求項1において、
前記高分子基材の総重量のうち前記オレフィンブロック共重合体は、50ないし80重量%で、前記ゴムは20ないし50重量%であるフォームタイヤ用組成物。 - 請求項1において、
前記オレフィンブロック共重合体は、エチレンおよび1つ以上の共重合成α−オレフィン共単量体を重合した形態で含まれており、化学的または物理的特性が相違した二つ以上の重合された単量体単位の複数のブロックまたはセグメントを有する多ブロック共重合体であるフォームタイヤ用組成物。 - 請求項1において、
前記ゴムは、天然ゴム、合成ゴムおよびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択されるいずれか一つであるフォームタイヤ用組成物。 - オレフィンブロック共重合体とゴムがブレンドされた高分子基材100重量部;
架橋剤0.02ないし4重量部;および
発泡剤1ないし6重量部を含み、
前記高分子基材の総重量のうち前記オレフィンブロック共重合体は、50ないし80重量%で、前記ゴムは20〜50重量%のフォームタイヤ用組成物。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項によるフォームタイヤ用組成物を射出発泡して製造されたフォームタイヤ。
