Abstract
Description
従来の技術において、既に、例えばコーディングのためにプラグインコネクタにRFIDトランスポンダを設けることが提案されている。
ゆえに本発明の課題は、従来の技術に相当するよりも大きな有効範囲を可能にする、RFIDトランスポンダが内部に組み込まれたプラグインコネクタハウジングのための構造形態を提供することである。
次に図面を参照しながら、本発明の実施の形態を詳説する。

Claims (12)
- プラグインコネクタハウジング(1)であって、RFIDトランスポンダ(2)を有し、該RFIDトランスポンダ(2)は、RFIDチップ(231)を備えたRFIDタグ(23)及びアンテナを有していて、前記RFIDタグ(23)と前記アンテナとは、当該プラグインコネクタハウジング(1)内に又は該プラグインコネクタハウジング(1)に配置されているか、又は少なくとも、当該プラグインコネクタハウジング(1)内に又は該プラグインコネクタハウジング(1)に配置されるように構成されている、プラグインコネクタハウジング(1)において、
前記アンテナはスロット(22)を有するものであって、スロットアンテナであることを特徴とする、RFIDトランスポンダを備えたプラグインコネクタハウジング。 - 前記スロットアンテナは、形状結合式に当該プラグインコネクタハウジング(1)に接合されているか又は当該プラグインコネクタハウジング(1)内に挿入されている、請求項1記載のプラグインコネクタハウジング。
- 前記スロットアンテナは、金属箔として形成されたアンテナボディ(21)を有している、請求項1又は2記載のプラグインコネクタハウジング。
- 前記金属箔は、接着剤付きの銅箔である、請求項3記載のプラグインコネクタハウジング。
- 当該プラグインコネクタハウジング(1)は射出成形品であり、前記スロットアンテナは、挿入部材として当該プラグインコネクタハウジング(1)内に挿入されていて、射出成形によりプラスチックによって取り囲まれている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のプラグインコネクタハウジング。
- 当該プラグインコネクタハウジング(1)は、少なくとも部分的に、MID(moulded interconnect device)工法可能なプラスチックから成っているか、又はLDS(Laser Direct Structuring)工法可能な材料又はラッカによって被覆されており、前記スロットアンテナは、MID工法、特にLDS工法によって形成されている、請求項1記載のプラグインコネクタハウジング。
- RFIDトランスポンダ(2)及び特にそのアンテナボディ(21)は、形状安定的な取付け部品として形成されていて、形状結合式に当該プラグインコネクタハウジング(1)内に挿入可能及びそこで固定可能である、請求項1記載のプラグインコネクタハウジング。
- 当該プラグインコネクタハウジング(1)は、モジュールフレーム(11)を有しており、前記RFIDタグ(23)は前記モジュールフレーム(11)に、特に該モジュールフレーム(11)に所属のラグ(111)に、固定又は一体成形されているか、又は少なくとも、前記モジュールフレーム(11)に固定されるように設けられている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のプラグインコネクタハウジング。
- 前記RFIDタグ(23)は、当該プラグインコネクタハウジング(1)内への前記モジュールフレーム(11)の配置によって自動的に、前記スロットアンテナに対する所定ポジションに、特に該スロットアンテナに配置されたスロット(22)に対する所定ポジションに位置する、請求項8記載のプラグインコネクタハウジング。
- 前記RFIDチップ(231)内に、コンタクト情報、ピン設置形態及び取付け指示のような、RFIDリーダによって読み取られる特殊な情報が、プラグインコネクタを介して記憶されている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のプラグインコネクタハウジング。
- 前記RFIDタグ(23)は、前記スロットアンテナに前記RFIDチップ(231)を磁気的に結合する結合ループ(232)を有している、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のプラグインコネクタハウジング。
- 前記RFIDタグ(23)は、前記スロットアンテナに前記RFIDチップ(231)を電気的に結合する折返しダイポールを有している、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のプラグインコネクタハウジング。
