Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Steckverbinderkomponente, wobei mindestens ein Bauteil (1, 2) der Steckverbinderkomponente (5) mit einem jeweiligen elektronischen Datenträger (3a, 3b) kraft- und/oder form- und/oder stoffschlüssig verbindbar ist, wobei Steckverbinderkomponenten (5) und/oder bauteilsspezifische Informationen vom Datenträger (3a, 3b) elektronisch speicherbar, mindestens einem Schreib/Lesegerät (4) berührungslos einlesbar und mindestens an ein Schreib/Lesegerät (4) berührungslos ausgebbar sind. Die erfindungsgemäße Steckverbinderkomponente ermöglicht eine starke Vereinfachung im Bereich Handling-, Transportlogistik und Fertigungsprozess von Steckverbinderkomponenten.
Description
- Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Steckverbinderkomponente.
- Ein Steckverbinder ist ein in der Elektrotechnik handelsübliche allgemein bekanntes Verbindungselement. Üblicherweise dienen Steckverbinder zur Herstellung einer Verbindung zwischen Kabeln, zwischen Leitungen oder zwischen Kabeln bzw. Leitungen und einem elektrischen Gerät. Als Steckerverbindungskomponenten sind hierbei Stecker, Buchsen, Kupplungen oder ähnliches zu verstehen.
- Steckverbindungskomponenten bzw. die einzelnen Bauteile der Steckverbindungskomponenten werden bisher im Bereich des Fertigungsprozesses der Steckverbinderkomponenten, in den Bereichen der Handlings- und Transportlogistik, sowie im Einsatz in technischen Systemen bisher nur als passive Elemente eingesetzt. In den oben beschriebenen Bereichen erfolgt bis dato nur ein Handhaben (Handling) von Steckverbinderkomponenten und/oder zugehörigen Bauteile.
- Aus der europäischen Patentschrift
EP 0 958 552 B1 ist eine Einrichtung zur Produktdatenhandlung während eines jeweiligen Produktionslaufs bekannt, wobei dem Produkt ein Datenträger nach Art einer Chipkarte mit Produktbasisdaten zugeordnet ist, wobei mit Produktlebenslaufereignisse wie Fertigung, Endprüfung, Nacharbeit, Versand, Nutzerbetrieb, Service und Wartung, Demontage und Recycling auf der Chipkarte speicherbar und wieder auslesbar sind. - Aus der europäischen Patentanmeldung
EP 1 220 226 A1 ist ein Kabel bekannt, das integrierte Kennungsgeber für kabelspezifische, auf die zu erstellende Anlage, bezogene Daten aufweist. Diese können drahtgebunden oder drahtlos abgefragt werden. Damit können beispielsweise umfangreiche Angaben über das Kabel und die verwendungsspezifische Verschaltung einem Monteur jederzeit auf elektronischem Wege zur Verfügung gestellt werden. - Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, elektronisch kommunikationsfähige Verbindungskomponenten zu schaffen, die den Bereich Handling- und Transportlogistik von Steckverbinderkomponenten sowie den Fertigungsprozess von Steckverbinderkomponenten stark vereinfachen.
- Diese Aufgabe wird für eine Steckverbindungskomponente der eingangs genannten Art dadurch gelöst, dass mindestens ein Bauteil der Steckverbinderkomponente mit einem jeweiligen elektronischen Datenträger, kraft- und/oder form- und/oder stoffflüssig, verbindbar ist, dass Steckerverbinderkomponenten und/oder bauteilspezifische Informationen vom Datenträger elektronisch speicherbar, von mindestens einem Schreib-/Lesegerät berührungslos einlesbar und mindestens an einen Schreib-/Lesegerät berührungslos ausgebbar sind.
- Ein wesentlicher Vorteil der Erfindung ist es ferner, dass beginnend mit der Herstellung der Steckverbinderkomponente bzw. eines Steckerverbinders Herstellerdaten und Kundendaten für das Handling elektronisch nutzbar gemacht werden, z.B. Mengenerfassung, Teileerfassung, Auftragskennzeichnung usw. Beim Einsatz der Steckverbinderkomponenten bzw. des Steckverbinders sowie Steckverbinderprodukte z.B. an Maschinen können alle Arten von servicerelevanten Informationen elektronisch erfasst, ausgewertet und weiterverarbeitet werden. Hierdurch wird eine zentrale Verarbeitung für die Systemteile, Steckverbinder, Kabel und Leitungen innerhalb einer Anlage ermöglicht.
- Eine erste vorteilhafte Ausführungsform der Steckverbinderkomponente ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als wesentliches Element des Datenträgers ein Chip mit oder ohne integrierte Sensorik vorgesehen ist, was einen besonders kleinen Aufbau des Datenträgers ermöglicht. Mit Hilfe einer eventuell zusätzlich vorhandenen Sensorik können physikalische und/oder chemische Größen erfasst, gespeichert und ausgeben werden. Dies ermöglicht eine Überwachung der Umgebung des Steckverbinders.
- In diesem Zusammenhang erweist es sich als besonders vorteilhaft, dass als Chip ein Dünnschichtchip vorgesehen ist. Dünnschichtchips eignen sich aufgrund ihrer Bauart besonders gut zum Verbinden mit einer Steckverbinderkomponente.
- Eine weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine externe Sensorik am Chip anschließbar ist. Besitzt der Chip keine integrierte Sensorik oder ist die im Chip integrierte Sensorik nicht ausreichend um die gewünschten physikalischen Größen zu erfassen, dann kann auch eine externe Sensorik an den Chip angeschlossen werden.
- Eine weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Informationen Fertigungsdaten und/oder Kundendaten und/oder Servicedaten und/oder Prüfprotokolldaten und/oder, falls eine Sensorik auf dem Datenträger vorhanden ist, von der Sensorik erfasste physikalische und/oder chemische Größen vorgesehen sind. Mit Hilfe der oben aufgeführten Informationen lassen sich besonders Handlings- und Transport-Logistikprozesse vorteilhaft durchführen. Durch das Erfassen von physikalischen und/oder chemischen Größen können die Steckverbindungskomponenten auch zusätzliche Funktionen ausführen bzw. beinhalten, wie z.B. eine Drucküberwachung, Temperaturüberwachung oder das Messen eines Stromes, einer Spannung oder eines pH-Wertes.
- Eine weitere vorteilhafte Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steckverbinderkomponente und/oder die Bauteile der Steckverbinderkomponente bzw. die auf den jeweiligen Datenträger gespeicherten Informationen, in allen Prozessabläufen erfassbar, meldbar und elektronisch, insbesondere über das Internet/Intranet, weiterverarbeitbar sind. Beginnend mit der Herstellung der Steckverbinderkomponenten bzw. des Steckverbinders können Herstellerdaten und Kundendaten für das Handling elektronisch intranet/internetfähig nutzbar gemacht werden, z.B. für Mengenerfassung, Teileerfassung, Auftragskennzeichnung usw.. Die Lagerbestückung kann z.B. für eine canbanische Versorgung (automatisiertes Abrufen von Waren) durch den Lieferanten internet/intranetfähig elektronisch produziert werden. Dies ermöglicht z.B. eine kundenspezifische Verfolgung des Fertigungsprozesses bei auftragsbezogener oder lagerbezogener Fertigung. Aus- und Einlagerungen können elektronisch erfasst werden, alle Arten von servicerelevanten Informationen (z.B. Bewegungsdaten, Alterungsdaten, Servicezyklen usw.) können elektronisch erfasst und über das Internet/Intranet verschickt werden und ortsungebunden weiterverarbeitet werden. Eine zentrale Verarbeitung in intranet-/internetbasierten Servicecentern für die Steckverbindungskomponente bzw. den Steckerverbindern, sowie den dazugehörigen Kabeln oder Leitungen in einer Anlage, wird hierdurch ermöglicht.
- Die Steckverbinderkomponente eignet sich besonders zur Verwendung innerhalb einer konfektionierten Leitung oder eines konfektionierten Kabels oder innerhalb von Werkzeugmaschinen, Produktionsmaschinen oder Robotern, da mit Hilfe der im Steckverbinder eingebauten Datenträger, auch ein übergeordnetes Produkt, wie z.B. eine konfektionierte Leitung oder ein konfektioniertes Kabel überwacht werden kann.
- Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt und wird im folgenden näher erläutert.
- Wie schon eingangs erwähnt sind als Steckerverbindungskomponenten Stecker, Buchsen, Kupplungen oder ähnliches zu verstehen.
- Als Ausführungsbeispiel zeigt die Figur in Form eines Schaubildes beispielhaft einen Stecker
5 als Steckverbinderkomponente, welche die dargestellten Bauteile, Steckergehäuse1 und Steckerisolierkörper2 umfasst. Selbstverständlich kann der Stecker5 gegebenenfalls auch noch aus weiteren Bauteilen bestehen, die jedoch der Übersichtlichkeit halber nicht dargestellt sind. - Ein Datenträger
3a ist stoffschlüssig mit dem Steckergehäuse1 und ein Datenträger3b ist stoffschlüssig mit dem Steckerisolierkörper2 verbunden. Die Datenträger3a und3b sind in Form von Dünnschichtchips mit einer eingebauten, nicht dargestellten, integrierten Sensorik ausgeführt. Diese erlaubt das Erfassen bzw. das Messen von physikalischen Größen, wie z.B. Druck, Temperatur, elektrischer Strom oder elektrischer Spannung. Mit Hilfe eines Schreib-Lesegerätes4 können auf dem Datenträger3a und3b gespeicherte Informationen eingelesen werden oder es können vom Schreib-Lesegerät4 Informationen auf die Datenträger3a und3b geschrieben werden. Der Schreib/Lesevorgang ist durch zwei dick gezeichnete Pfeile in der Figur dargestellt. - Das Ein- oder Auslesen von Informationen zwischen den Datenträgern
3a und3b und dem Schreib-Lesegerät4 geschieht berührungslos. Die Informationen können hierzu induktiv, kapazitiv oder mittels elektromagnetischer Wellen übertragen werden. - Entsprechend dem hier aufgezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel können auch die Bauteile von anderen Steckverbinderkomponenten, wie z.B. Bauteile der Buchse oder der Kupplung mit entsprechenden Datenträgern versehen werden. Zu Beginn des Fertigungsprozesses der Steckerverbinderkomponenten wird das Steckergehäuse
1 mit dem Datenträger3a und der Steckerisolierkörper2 mit den Datenträger3b stoffschlüssig miteinander verbunden werden. Gegebenenfalls sind auch andere Verbindungsarten wie Kraft- oder Formschluss möglich. In den nun folgenden Abläufen wie z.B. dem Fertigungsprozess, der Handlings- und Transport-Logistik, dem Montage- oder Messprozess werden mit Hilfe von Schreib-Lesegeräten Informationen auf den Datenträger3a und3b geschrieben und an anderer Stelle wieder ausgelesen. Als Informationen seinen an dieser Stelle z.B. Fertigungsdaten und/oder Kundendaten und/oder Servicedaten und/oder Prüfprotokolldaten und/oder physikalische Größen wie z.B. Druck, Temperatur, elektrischer Strom oder elektrische Spannung genannt. Beginnend mit der Herstellung des Steckverbinders können die oben genannten Informationen für das Handling des Steckverbinders, wie z.B. die Mengenerfassung, Teileerfassung, Auftragskennzeichnung oder ähnliches elektronisch erfasst und nutzbar gemacht werden. Das Schreib-Lesegerät hier ist hierzu mit einem nicht mehr dargestellten Rechner verbunden, der die gesamten Prozesse bzw. Abläufe koordiniert und steuert. aber das Internet/Intranet ist gegebenenfalls der Rechner zur übergeordneten Prozesssteuerung oder Prozessabwicklung mit weiteren Rechnern verknüpft. Eine Lagerbestückung mit den Steckverbinderkomponenten bzw. den Steckverbindern oder aus ihnen resultierenden Produkten kann so z.B. für eine canbanische Versorgung durch den Liederanten intranet/internetfähig elektronisch kommuniziert werden. Eine kundenspezifische Verfolgung durch den gesamten Fertigungsprozess bei z.B. einer auftragsbezogener oder einer Lagerfertigung ist so ebenfalls möglich. Eine Aus- und/oder Einlagerung der Steckverbinderkomponenten bzw. der aus ihnen resultierenden Produkte können elektronisch erfasst werden und online über das Intranet/Internet gepflegt werden. Eine zentrale Verarbeitung der Informationen in intranet-/internetbasierten Servicecentern wird hierdurch ebenfalls ermöglicht. - In einer besonders vorteilhaften Ausführungsform enthält der Dünnschichtchip eine integrierte Sensorik. Mit Hilfe dieser Sensorik können die schon oben erwähnten physikalischen Größen oder ähnliche Daten gemessen bzw. erfasst werden. Nach dem Einbau der Steckverbinderkomponente, als z.B. Teil einer elektrischen Verbindung, kann diese z.B. hinsichtlich Strom und Spannung überwacht werden. Es ist jedoch ebenfalls denkbar, dass z.B. Druck und Temperatur in der Umgebung des Steckverbinders mittels dieser Sensorik gemessen werden um z.B, die Umgebung eines, in eine Werkzeugmaschine, Produktionsmaschine oder Roboter eingebauten Kabels zu überwachen. Gegebenenfalls kann eine solche Sensorik auch außerhalb des Chips auf den Datenträger angebracht sein, falls die auf dem Chip integrierte Sensorik nicht ausreicht oder der Chip, z.B. aus Kostengründen keine integrierte Sensorik besitzt.
- Es sei an dieser Stelle erwähnt, dass der Chip zur Speicherung der Information auf den Datenträger nicht notwendigerweise als Dünnschichtchip ausgeführt sein muss. Dünnschichtchips besitzen aber den Vorteil, dass sie besonders klein sind und besonders leicht kraft- und/oder form- und/oder stoffschlüssig mit nahezu jeder Steckverbinderkomponente verbindbar sind. Das Anbringen der Datenträger auf Steckverbinderkomponenten ist somit unabhängig von deren Gehäuseform oder Isolierkörperform möglich. Wird die Steckverbinderkomponente innerhalb einer konfektionierten Leitung oder eines konfektionierten Kabels verwendet, so kann mit Hilfe der Datenträger der Steckverbinderkomponenten auch die Fertigungsprozesse von übergeordneten Produkten, wie sie z.B. konfektionierte Leitungen oder konfektionierte Kabel darstellen, überwacht werden.
Claims (8)
- Steckverbinderkomponente, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Bauteil (
1 ,2 ) der Steckverbinderkomponente (5 ) mit einem jeweiligen elektronischen Datenträger (3a ,3b ), kraft- und/oder form- und/oder stoffschlüssig, verbindbar ist, dass Steckverbinderkomponenten (5 ) und/oder bauteilsspezifische Informationen vom Datenträger (3a ,3b ) elektronisch speicherbar, von mindestens einem Schreib/Lesegerät (4 ) berührungslos einlesbar und mindestens an ein Schreib/Lesegerät (4 ) berührungslos ausgebbar sind. - Steckverbinderkomponenten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als wesentliches Element des Datenträgers (
3a ,3b ) ein Chip mit oder ohne integrierter Sensorik vorgesehen ist. - Steckverbinderkomponenten nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Chip ein Dünnschicht-Chip vorgesehen ist.
- Steckverbinderkomponenten nach Anspruche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine externe Sensorik am Chip anschließbar ist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Informationen Fertigungsdaten und/oder Kundendaten und/oder Servicedaten und/oder Prüfprotokolldaten und/oder, falls eine Sensorik auf dem Datenträger (
3a ,3b ) vorhanden ist, von der Sensorik erfasste physikalische und/oder chemische Größen vorgesehen sind. - Steckverbinderkomponenten nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als physikalische und/ oder chemische Größen insbesondere Druck und/oder Temperatur und/oder elektrischer Strom und/oder elektrische Spannung und/oder pH-Wert vorgesehen sind.
- Steckverbinderkomponente nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steckverbinderkomponente (
5 ) und/oder die Bauteile der Steckverbinderkomponente (5 ) bzw. die auf den jeweiligen Datenträgern (3a ,3b ) gespeicherten Informationen, in allen Prozessabläufen erfassbar, meldbar und elektronisch, insbesondere über das Internet/Intranet, weiterverarbeitbar sind. - Verwendung der Steckverbinderkomponente nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche innerhalb einer konfektionierten Leitung oder eines konfektionierten Kabels oder innerhalb von Werkzeugmaschinen, Produktionsmaschinen oder Robotern.
