Claims (10)
- 電気モータ駆動器装置(4)を有する電気機械的調整装置(2)を動作させるべく、制御ユニット(3)が前記調整装置(2)の機械的端ストッパ到達を確認し並びに前記電気モータ駆動器装置(4)を開ループ及び/又は閉ループで制御する手段として設けられる装置であって、
ひとたび前記調整装置(2)が機械的端ストッパに到達すると、前記電気モータ駆動器装置(4)において前記制御ユニット(3)により所定時間又は所定移動距離だけ即時に回転方向の反転を自動的に作動することができる装置。 - 前記制御ユニット(3)は、前記電気モータ駆動器装置(4)が停止に至ったことを確認する手段を含む請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記電気モータ駆動器装置(4)が停止に至ったことを確認する手段としてモータ電流センサが設けられる請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記電気モータ駆動器装置(4)が停止に至ったことを確認する手段として、固定子に固定されたホールセンサと回転子に固定された送信機ホイールとを含むセンサ配列体(6)が前記電気モータ駆動器装置(4)に設けられる請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 電気モータ駆動器装置(4)及び制御ユニット(3)を有する電気機械的調整装置(2)を動作させる方法であって、
ひとたび前記調整装置(2)が機械的端ストッパに到達すると、前記電気モータ駆動器装置(4)において所定時間又は所定移動距離だけ回転方向の反転が自動的に作動される方法。 - モータ電流が所定のしきい値を超過すると、前記電気モータ駆動器装置(4)が停止に至ったことが確認される請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記電気モータ駆動器装置(4)が停止に至ったことの指示としてセンサ配列体(6)のセンサ信号が存在しないことが確認される請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記電気モータ駆動器装置(4)に逆極性の電圧が供給され又は回転磁界の反転が作動される請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記所定移動距離は移動距離センサ(7)によって確認される請求項5から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記電気モータ駆動器装置(4)の動作中、前記電気モータ駆動器装置(4)が停止に至ったことが、前記制御ユニット(3)により所定時間間隔で監視又は確認される請求項5から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
