Claims (23)
- 電磁鋼板を製造するための熱間圧延鋼帯であって、この熱間圧延鋼帯が、重量%で、
C:0.001〜0.08%、
Al:4.8〜20%、
Si:0.05〜10%、
B:〜0.1%、
Zr:〜0.1%、
Cr:0.1〜4%
を含有し、残部が鉄および溶融に起因する不純物からなる合金組成を有する熱間圧延鋼帯。 - 前記合金組成において、
Al:4.8〜8%、
Si:2〜5%
である請求項1に記載の熱間圧延鋼帯。 - 前記合金組成において、
Al:8%超〜15%、
Si:〜4%
である請求項1に記載の熱間圧延鋼帯。 - 前記合金組成において、
Al:15%超〜20%、
Si:〜2%
である請求項1に記載の熱間圧延鋼帯。 - 前記合金組成において、
B:0.001〜0.1%、および/または、
Zr:0.05〜0.1%
である請求項1に記載の熱間圧延鋼帯。 - 前記熱間圧延鋼帯が方向性(KO)または無方向性(NO)のマイクロ構造を有する請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の熱間圧延鋼帯。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の熱間圧延鋼帯を製造する方法であって、この方法は、溶湯からプレストリップを鋳造し、このプレストリップを圧延して熱間圧延鋼帯とする際に、前記溶湯を水平型の鋼帯鋳造システムに静かに流して、湾曲することなく、6〜30mmの範囲内のプレストリップを鋳造し、次いで少なくとも50%の変形度で圧延して前記熱間圧延鋼帯とする方法。
- 溶湯の供給速度と回転コンベヤベルトの速度とが等しい請求項7に記載の方法。
- コンベヤベルトの幅方向にわたって延びる帯が凝固して形成されるストランドシェルのすべての表面要素が、同一の冷却条件下で冷却される請求項7又は8に記載の方法。
- コンベヤベルト上に注がれる溶湯が、コンベヤベルトの終端でほぼ完全に凝固する請求項7から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記プレストリップが、前記完全な凝固の後であって、更なる処理を開始する前に、均質化ゾーンを通過する請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記更なる処理が、前記プレストリップの寸法を切断することである請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記寸法の切断の後、この切断されたシートが、圧延温度に加熱され、そして圧延処理が施される請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記更なる処理が、前記プレストリップを巻き取ることである請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記巻き取られたプレストリップが、解き伸ばされた後、圧延温度に加熱され、そして圧延処理が施される請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記プレストリップが、巻き取られる前に、再加熱される請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記プレストリップが、インラインで前記圧延処理にかけられ、そして巻き取られる請求項7から16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記圧延において変形度が70%より大きい請求項7から17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記圧延において変形度が90%より大きい請求項7から18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記熱間圧延鋼帯が、再加熱され、そして前記冷却後に冷間圧延される請求項7から19のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記アニール処理が脱炭雰囲気中で行われる請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記熱間圧延鋼帯が、最大で0.150mmの厚さに冷間圧延される請求項20〜21に記載の方法。
- 前記冷間圧延鋼帯が、後続のアニールの間に方向性(KO)マイクロ構造を得る請求項1から16および19のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
