Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 特に大形転がり軸受用の転がり軸受用保持器(4)を製造する方法であって、
各々1つの転動体に対して開口部を有する鋼ストリップが提供され、曲げられてリング(5)を形成し、
その後、熱可塑性粉末(12)で熱コーティングされるために、前記リング(5)が、最低コーティング温度を超える温度まで加熱され、
その後、前記リング(5)が、前記熱可塑性粉末(12)を含む流動床内に浸漬され、
前記リング(5)の前記流動床(11)における滞留時間の間、プラスチック粉末(12)が前記リングに付着し、溶解し、連続したコーティング(6)を形成し、
前記リングが、前記コーティングの後に前記流動床(11)から取り除かれる、方法。 - 前記リング(5)が、誘導コイル(7)の交番電磁界によって加熱される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記誘導コイル(7)が、環状に構成され、前記リング(5)と同心状に配置される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記リング(5)の前記加熱と前記流動床(11)内への浸漬との間に、前記リング(5)の温度を均一にする停止時間が提供され、前記リング(5)が、前記停止時間の最後においても前記最低コーティング温度を超える温度である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記リング(5)を曲げるために、まず、開口部が打抜き、切断または中ぐり加工によって生成される、平面鋼ストリップが提供される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記リング(5)が、加熱中に加熱ゾーン(10)において、かつ/またはコーティング中に前記流動床(11)において移動することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 転動体としての玉(3)を受け入れる前記開口部が円形である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ポリアミドまたはポリエーテルケトンから作製される熱可塑性粉末(12)が使用される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティング(6)が、0.4mm〜1.3mmの厚さで形成される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法を行う装置であって、加熱ゾーン(10)と、熱可塑性粉末(12)を含む流動床(11)と、前記リング(5)を受け入れる高さ調整可能な保持装置(9)とを有し、前記リング(5)が前記保持装置(9)によって前記流動床(11)内に下降可能である、装置。
