Abstract
【解決手段】芯材の外周面に表面部材が固着された複合部材を製造する製造装置であって、前記芯材の外周面に表面部材を配設可能な表面部材配設手段と、前記芯材を加熱し、加熱された前記芯材の熱によって、前記芯材の外周面に配設される前記表面部材と前記芯材との対向領域の少なくともいずれか一方を溶融させる加熱手段とを備える複合部材の製造装置。

Claims (7)
- 芯材の外周面に表面部材が固着された複合部材を製造する製造装置であって、
前記芯材の外周面に表面部材を配設可能な表面部材配設手段と、
前記芯材を加熱し、加熱された前記芯材の熱によって、前記芯材の外周面に配設される前記表面部材と前記芯材との対向領域の少なくともいずれか一方を溶融させる加熱手段とを備える複合部材の製造装置。 - 前記芯材は、導電性材料により形成されており、
前記表面部材は、前記芯材よりも磁性が低い材料により形成されており、
前記加熱手段は、前記芯材の外周面に配設された前記表面部材の外側から前記芯材を電磁誘導加熱方式で加熱する電磁誘導加熱装置である請求項1に記載の複合部材の製造装置。 - 前記表面部材配設手段は、前記加熱手段によって加熱された前記芯材の外周面に前記表面部材を配設するように構成される請求項1に記載の複合部材の製造装置。
- 外周面に表面部材が配設される前記芯材に対して、予め前記芯材の融点よりも低い融点を有する接着剤を前記芯材の外周面に塗布する接着剤層形成手段を更に備える請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の複合部材の製造装置。
- 接着剤層形成手段は、前記芯材の外周面に塗布された接着剤を乾燥させる乾燥装置を更に備える請求項4に記載の複合部材の製造装置。
- 前記表面部材配設手段は、線材からなる表面部材を前記芯材の外周面に巻回することにより、前記芯材の外周面を前記表面部材で被覆するカバリング装置である請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の複合部材の製造装置。
- 前記表面部材配設手段は、粒状或いは繊維状の表面部材を前記芯材の外周面に吹き付けることにより、前記芯材の外周面を前記表面部材で被覆する吹き付け装置である請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の複合部材の製造装置。
