Abstract
Description
Claims (36)
- ホイル(箔)を有するパッケージのシーリング(密封)中に欠陥を検出する装置であって、
前記ホイルと当該ホイルに付着される前記パッケージの別部分とを互いにプレスするための少なくとも二つの相対的に変位可能なクランプ部材間の距離を測定する少なくとも1つの距離センサと、
前記少なくとも1つの距離センサに接続されて、前記クランプ部材の互いに向けての変位中の期間、前記距離センサによって収集された測定値を、既定の参照測定値と比較する少なくとも1つの制御ユニットと
を有する、装置。 - 前記制御ユニットに接続されて、当該制御ユニットが少なくとも1つの検出された測定値が少なくとも1つの参照値を超えると判定した時に信号を発生する信号発生器を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記クランプ部材が開放位置から互いに向けて全行程移動される前記閉じ過程が、x秒間の持続期間を有し、前記クランプ部材間の距離が、0.2x秒間〜5x秒間、特に0.4x秒間〜4x秒間、測定される、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記クランプ部材が開放位置から互いに向けて全行程移動される前記閉じ過程が、プログレッション(progression)であるyを有し、ここで、前記クランプ部材間の距離が、少なくとも、0.2yとyの間、特に0.6yとyの間で測定される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの距離センサは、光センサによって構成される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの距離センサは、渦電流センサによって構成される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの距離センサは、少なくとも1つのクランプ部材への接続用に構成されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの距離センサは、複数の相互協働作用するセンサ部を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの距離センサは、少なくとも1つの能動センサ部と少なくとも1つの受動センサ部とを有する、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記クランプ部材の異なる反対側部分間の距離を測定するための複数の距離センサを有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ホイルと、当該ホイルに付着される前記パッケージの別部分とを互いに対して押し付けるための少なくとも2つのクランプ部材を有する、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの距離センサは、少なくとも1つのクランプ部材に接続されている、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記距離センサは、複数の相互協働作用するセンサ部を有し、一つのクランプ部材は、少なくとも1つの第1センサ部を備え、反対側のクランプ部材は少なくとも1つの第2センサ部を備える、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記センサ部は、各クランプ部材の外側端部に、又はその近傍に配置されている、請求項12又は13に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも二つのクランプ部材は、前記パッケージの二つのホイル部分を互いに対して押し付けてこれらを互いに付着させるように構成されている、請求項11〜14のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも二つのクランプ部材は、ホイルパッケージの気密シーリング用に構成されている、請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記クランプ部材はクランプバーによって構成されている、請求項11〜16のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記クランプ部材の前記相互対向面は、少なくとも部分的にプロファイル形状を有する、請求項11〜17のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記クランプ部材は、前記ホイルと、前記パッケージの前記別部分とを実質的に直線状にクランプするように構成されている、請求項11〜18のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ホイルは、10〜2000マイクロメートルの厚みを有する、請求項1〜19のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記クランプ部材の相対変位のための変位手段を有する、請求項1〜20のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記変位手段は、前記クランプ部材に対して4〜6barの圧力を与えるように構成されている、請求項21に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つのクランプ部材を加熱するための熱発生手段を有する、請求項1〜22のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- ホイルを有するパッケージのシール中に、特に、請求項1〜23のいずれか1項に記載の本発明による装置を使用して、欠陥を検出するための方法であって、
(A)少なくとも二つのクランプ部材間に、前記パッケージのホイルと、当該ホイルに接続されるべき前記パッケージの別部分とを位置決めする工程と、
(B)前記クランプ部材を互いに向けて移動させ、前記ホイルと前記パッケージの前記別部分との間の接続が形成される工程と、
(C)前記クランプ部材を互いから離間移動させる工程と、
(D)前記クランプ部材に対して前記パッケージを取り外す工程と
を有し、
ここで、前記クランプ間の距離が、前記工程(B)におけるクランプ部材の互いに向かっての変位中の期間に測定され、ここで、収集された測定値が既定参照値と比較される、方法。 - (E)少なくとも1つの測定値が少なくとも1つの参照値を超えたと判断された時に信号を発生する工程、を有する、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記信号は、前記工程(E)中に、複数の、特に検出された測定値が、複数の、特に、連続する参照値、を超えたと判断された時に発生される、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 前記工程(A)中に、前記パッケージの前記別部分は、ホイルによって構成される、請求項24〜26のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記工程(B)中に、前記ホイルと前記パッケージの前記別部分とは互いに対して溶着される、請求項24〜27のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記工程(B)中に、前記ホイルと前記パッケージの前記別部分とは互いに対して接着される、請求項24〜28のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つのクランプ部材が、前記工程(B)中に、90〜200℃の温度に加熱される、請求項24〜29のいずれか1項の方法。
- 前記工程(B)中に、前記少なくとも1つのホイルの軟化の結果としての前記クランプ部材の前記変位における瞬間的変化がモニタされる、請求項30に記載の方法。
- 前記工程(B)中に、4〜6barの圧力が前記クランプ部材に対して加えられる、請求項24〜31のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記工程(B)中の前記ホイルと前記パッケージの前記別部分との間の押し付けは、1ミリ秒間〜5秒間の持続期間に行われる、請求項24〜32のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記工程(B)において前記クランプ部材が開放位置から互いに向けて全行程移動される前記閉じ過程が、x秒間の持続時間を有し、前記クランプ部材間の距離が、0.2x秒間〜5x秒間、特に0.4x秒間〜4x秒間、測定される、請求項24〜33のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記工程(B)において前記クランプ部材が開放位置から互いに向けて全行程移動される前記閉じ過程が、プログレッション(progression)であるyを有し、ここで、前記クランプ部材間の距離が、少なくとも、0.2yとyとの間、特に0.6yとyとの間に、測定される、請求項24〜34のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- (F)前記工程(D)後に、前記ホイルと前記パッケージの前記別部分との間に形成された接続を、赤外線カメラを使用して検査する工程、を更に有する、請求項24〜35のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
