Abstract
Description

Claims (20)
- 反応器内のコンポーネントの表面上にケイ素を含む不均質な保護層を形成する方法であって、
前記不均質な保護層を形成するためのポリマー組成物を提供する工程と、
前記コンポーネントに、炭素を含む前記コンポーネントの表面を提供する工程と、
前記コンポーネントの前記表面上に前記ポリマー組成物を適用して、予備硬化コーティング層を形成する工程と、
前記予備硬化コーティング層を加熱して、前記不均質な保護層を形成する工程と、
を含み、前記予備硬化コーティング層の加熱中、前記コンポーネントの前記表面が、前記反応器内に存在する、方法。 - 前記ポリマー組成物の適用中もまた、前記コンポーネントの前記表面が、前記反応器内に存在する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記予備硬化コーティング層が、前記反応器に気体組成物を供給することによって加熱される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記気体組成物が、
i)トリクロロシラン、四塩化ケイ素、又はそれらの組み合わせを含み、任意に、
ii)水素を更に含む、請求項3に記載の方法。 - 前記ポリマー組成物が、ポリカルボシランを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- i)ポリカルボシランが、アリルヒドリドポリカルボシランである、及び/又は
ii)不均質な保護層が、炭化ケイ素を含む、請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記ポリマー組成物が、ポリシラザンを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- i)ポリシラザンが、ペルヒドロポリシラザンである、及び/又は
ii)不均質な保護層が、窒化ケイ素を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記ポリマー組成物が、前記不均質な保護層を更に形成するための充填剤を更に含む、請求項5〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記充填剤が、
i)炭化ケイ素、窒化ケイ素、若しくはそれらの組み合わせを含む、及び/又は
ii)前記ポリマー組成物内に、前記ポリマー組成物の100重量部に基づいて、約1重量部〜約80重量部の量で存在する、請求項9に記載の方法。 - i)前記ポリマー組成物が、第1の温度(T1)で前記コンポーネントの前記表面に適用され、前記予備硬化コーティング層が、T1を超える第2の温度(T2)に加熱され、任意に
ii)T2が、約100℃〜約1750℃である、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記コンポーネントの前記表面が、
i)グラファイト、及び/又は
ii)炭素繊維強化炭素(CFRC)、を含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記コンポーネントの前記表面が、基層と、前記基層上一面に配置された予形成された保護層と、を備え、前記基層が、炭素を含み、前記予形成された保護層が、ケイ素を含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- i)前記コンポーネントの前記表面の予形成された保護層が、少なくとも1つの空洞を画定し、前記予形成された保護層の前記少なくとも1つの空洞が、前記不均質な保護層で少なくとも部分的に充填されるように、前記ポリマー組成物が適用され、
ii)前記コンポーネントの前記表面の予形成された保護層が、炭化ケイ素、窒化ケイ素、若しくはそれらの組み合わせを含み、及び/又は
iii)前記コンポーネントの前記表面の基層が、グラファイト、炭素繊維強化炭素(CFRC)、若しくはそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項13に記載の方法。 - 前記予備硬化コーティング層の加熱の前に、前記反応器内に不活性環境を確立する工程を更に含む、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー組成物が、吹き付け、刷毛塗り、ヘラ塗り、かけ流し、ローラ塗り、浸漬、塗り付け、擦り塗り、拭き塗り、又はそれらの組み合わせによって、前記コンポーネントの前記表面に適用される、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記反応器内の前記コンポーネントが、交換器、分離器、加熱器、チャンバ表面、又はそれらの組み合わせである、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 第1のポリマー組成物が、前記コンポーネントの前記表面に適用されて、第1の予備硬化層を形成し、前記第1のポリマー組成物とは異なる第2のポリマー組成物が、前記第1の予備硬化層に適用されて、第2の予備硬化層を形成し、前記第1及び第2の予備硬化層の両方が加熱されて、前記不均質な保護層を形成する、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記不均質な保護層が、
i)約2.54μm(約0.1ミル)を超える平均厚さ、又は
ii)約2.54μm〜約254μm(約0.1ミル〜約10ミル)の平均厚さ、を有する、請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記反応器が、
i)トリクロロシラン及び水素ガスの反応生成物を含む、多結晶ケイ素、又は
ii)四塩化ケイ素及び水素ガスの反応生成物を含む、トリクロロシラン、を生成するためのものである、請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
