結合コートを覆う外側セラミック層を備えた環境バリアとを備えた部品を提供することによって、そのような欠点を取り除くことであり、
前記環境バリアは、さらに、結合コートと外側層との間に位置する自己修復内側層を備え、前記自己修復内側層は、シリカ形成粒子が分散されたマトリックスを含み、これらの粒子は、酸素の存在下でマトリックスクラック修復相(matrix crack healing phase)を生成することができる。
ケイ素を含む結合コートを、基材の面上に堆積する工程と、
環境バリアの内側層を、結合コート上に堆積する工程と、
環境バリアの外側層を、内側層上に堆積する工程であって、前記外側層は、セラミックである、工程とを含む。
C−SiC混合マトリックス(外側にSiC)、又は、
SiC相と、熱分解炭素(PyC)、窒化ホウ素(BN)、又はホウ素ドープ炭素(BC)を例とするスチフネスがより低いマトリックス相とを交互に有し、末端マトリックス相がSiCである連続マトリックス(sequenced matrix)、又は
炭化ホウ素(B4C)若しくは三元Si−B−C系のマトリックス相を有し、所望に応じて遊離炭素を含み(B4C+C、Si−B−C+C)、末端がSi−B−C若しくはSiC相である自己修復マトリックス、
であってよい。
ケイ素含有結合コート30を基材20の面S上に堆積する工程S1と、
環境バリア40の内側層41を、結合コート30上に堆積する工程S2と、
環境バリア40の外側層42を、内側層41上に堆積する工程であって、前記外側層42は、セラミックである、工程S3とを含む。
Claims (9)
- 基材(20)であって、前記基材の面(S)に隣接する少なくとも一部分がケイ素を含む材料から作られている、基材(20)と、
前記基材の前記面(S)上に位置し、ケイ素を含む結合コート(30)と、
前記結合コート(30)を覆うセラミック材料の外側層(42)を備えた環境バリア(40)とからなる構成部品(10)において、
前記環境バリア(40)は、さらに、前記結合コート(30)と前記外側層(42)との間に位置する自己修復内側層(41)を備え、前記自己修復内側層(41)は、シリカ形成粒子(41p)が分散されたマトリックス(41m)を含み、これらの粒子(41p)は、酸素の存在下、前記マトリックス(41m)中のクラック(41f)に対する修復相を生成することができ、前記自己修復内側層は、20%〜40%の前記粒子(41p)の体積充填率を有することを特徴とする、構成部品(10)。 - 前記自己修復内側層(41)の前記粒子(41p)が、セラミック粒子、好ましくは炭化ケイ素若しくは窒化ケイ素の粒子、又はケイ素を含むMAX相の粒子、又はこれら粒子の混合物、を含む、請求項1に記載の構成部品(10)。
- 前記自己修復内側層(41)の前記粒子(41p)が、金属粒子、好ましくは元素シリコンSi若しくはケイ化金属の粒子、又はこれら粒子の混合物、を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の構成部品(10)。
- 前記自己修復内側層の前記粒子が、5μm以下の、優先的には2μm以下の平均粒子サイズを有する、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の構成部品(10)。
- 前記自己修復内側層が、10μm〜300μm、優先的には100μm〜200μmの厚さを有する、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の構成部品(10)。
- 前記自己修復内側層の前記マトリックスが、シリケート、好ましくは、希土類モノシリケート若しくはジシリケート、又はムライトなどのアルミノシリケート、又はコーディエライトである、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の構成部品(10)。
- 前記自己修復内側層及び前記外側層の前記マトリックスが、同じ材料から形成されている、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の構成部品(10)。
- 請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の構成部品(10)を製造するための方法であって、
前記方法は、
ケイ素を含む前記結合コート(30)を、前記基材(20)の前記面(S)上に堆積する工程(S1)と、
前記結合コート(30)上の前記環境バリア(40)の前記自己修復内側層(41)を堆積する工程(S2)と、
セラミックである、前記環境バリア(40)の前記外側層(42)を、前記自己修復内側層(41)上に堆積する工程(S3)とを含む、方法。 - 前記自己修復内側層(41)を堆積する工程は、前記粒子を形成するための材料が液体媒体中の懸濁液の形態でプラズマジェットに導入されるプラズマ溶射によって行われる、請求項8に記載の方法。
