Description
(A)アンモニアと、

及び
(ii)一般式[ClcRdSi]2を有する塩素含有ジシランの混合物
からなる群より選択される塩素含有ジシランと
を接触させて反応させることにより調製することができ、
上式中、
aは1.5-2.0の値を有し、
bは1.0-1.5の値を有し、
cとdの比は1:1から2:1の範囲内であり;
a+bの和は3に等しく;
c+dの和は3に等しく;且つ
いずれの場合のRも、ビニル基、1-3の炭素原子のアルキルラジカル及びフェニル基からなる群より選択される。
[0071]a)少なくとも一つのSi--H接合を有する少なくとも一つのハロシランを液体無水アンモニア中に導入することであって、液体無水アンモニアの量がハロシラン上のシリコン-ハライド接合の化学量論量の少なくとも二倍であり、ハロシランが無水液体アンモニアと反応して前駆アンモノリシス生成物及びハロゲン化アンモニウム塩又はその酸が形成され、ハロゲン化アンモニウム塩又はその酸が無水液体アンモニアに可溶化されイオン化されることにより、酸性環境が提供される、導入すること;及び

- 第1の側面(110)と、前記第1の側面の反対側の第2の側面(120)とを有する炭素繊維強化ポリマー(CFRP)のシート(102)、及び前記CFRPのシート(102)の前記第1の側面(110)と前記第2の側面(120)のうちの一方又は両方を覆うポリシラザンの層(130)を備え、
前記CFRPのシート(102)の前記第1の側面(110)が孔(170)を含む、積層板(100)。 - 前記CFRPのシート(102)の前記第1の側面(110)と前記第2の側面(120)のうちの少なくとも一方が金属と電気的に連通する、請求項1に記載の積層板。
- 前記シート(102)の前記第1の側面(110)と前記第2の側面(120)のうちの少なくとも一方が、金属のセル状コア(160)又は金属合金のセル状コア(160)と電気的に連通する、請求項1に記載の積層板(100)。
- 前記孔(170)が、約0.75(0.03インチ)から約1.5mm(0.06インチ)の直径を有する、請求項3に記載の積層板(100)。
- 前記孔の側壁(172)が、ポリシラザン(174)でコーティングされている、請求項4に記載の積層板(100)。
