Claims (13)
- ソレノイド弁組立体であって、
一般に管状の外被を形成する強磁性ケーシングと、
前記ケーシングと一体形成されかつ前記ケーシングから一般に軸方向に延びる磁束管であって、前記ケーシングと前記磁束管との間に軸方向に延びる環状空間を画定し、前記ケーシングと接続された第1の部分と、前記第1の部分と一体であるが、磁束チョークによって前記第1の部分から分割された第2の部分とを有する磁束管と、
弁部材に運動を付与するために前記磁束管内で整列されかつ摺動可能に装着されたアーマチュアと、
前記アーマチュアを活性化するために前記軸方向に延びる環状空間内に位置決めされたコイル及びボビン組立体と、
前記磁束管に軸方向に当接し、かつ前記ケーシングとの半径方向の干渉を介して前記磁束管と前記ケーシングとを磁気的に接続する強磁性の磁束座金と、
を備えるソレノイド弁組立体。 - 前記ソレノイド弁が浸漬可能である請求項1に記載のソレノイド弁。
- 前記磁束座金が、前記弁部材の反対側の前記ケーシングの軸方向側面にある請求項1に記載のソレノイド弁。
- 前記磁束座金が、前記弁部材に隣接する前記ケーシングの側面にある請求項1に記載のソレノイド弁。
- 前記磁束チョークが、前記弁部材に一般に隣接する前記磁束管の端部にある請求項1に記載のソレノイド弁。
- 前記磁束管の前記磁束チョークが、前記弁部材の一般に反対側の前記磁束管の端部にある請求項1に記載のソレノイド弁。
- 前記磁束座金が前記コイル及びボビン組立体に軸方向荷重を加える請求項1に記載のソレノイド弁。
- 前記ソレノイド弁用の電気コネクタが前記磁束座金に配置される請求項1に記載のソレノイド弁。
- 前記ケーシングの頂端が、前記ソレノイド弁用の電気コネクタを装着する請求項1に記載のソレノイド弁。
- 前記ボビンが前記磁束座金に対して肩部を有する請求項7に記載のソレノイド弁。
- 前記ケーシングが鍛造される請求項1に記載のソレノイド弁。
- 前記ケーシングが深絞りされる請求項1に記載のソレノイド弁。
- ソレノイド弁組立体であって、
液圧装置本体であって、少なくとも1つの入口と1つの出口とを有する一般に軸方向の管状通路を有する液圧装置本体と、
前記入口と前記出口との間の流体流れを制御する前記液圧装置本体の管状通路内に摺動可能に装着されたスプール弁と、
前記液圧装置本体と接続された強磁性ケーシングであって、一般に管状の外被を形成する強磁性ケーシングと、
前記ケーシングと一体形成されかつ前記ケーシングから一般に軸方向に延びる磁束管であって、前記ケーシングと前記磁束管との間に軸方向に延びる環状空間を画定し、前記ケーシングと接続された第1の部分と、前記第1の部分と一体であるが、磁束チョークによって前記第1の部分から分割された第2の部分とを有する磁束管と、
前記スプール弁に運動を付与するために前記磁束管内で整列されかつ摺動可能に装着されたアーマチュアと、
前記アーマチュアを活性化するために前記軸方向に延びる環状空間内に位置決めされたコイル及びボビン組立体と、
前記磁束管に軸方向に当接し、かつ前記ケーシングとの半径方向の干渉を介して前記磁束管と前記ケーシングとを磁気的に接続する強磁性の磁束座金と、
を備えるソレノイド弁組立体。
