Claims (6)
- 細胞培養システムにおいて、
複数の平行な細胞培養表面を用いて細胞を培養するように構成された少なくとも1つの細胞培養容器であって、材料を、該少なくとも1つの細胞培養容器に流入させかつこれから流出させることができるよう構成された少なくとも1つのポートを備えている、少なくとも1つの細胞培養容器、
前記少なくとも1つの細胞培養容器を、第1回転軸に関して、および第2回転軸に関して、回転させるように構成された操作装置であって、前記第1回転軸が前記第2回転軸に垂直であり、前記第1回転軸および前記第2回転軸の夫々が地面に平行である、操作装置、
前記少なくとも1つの細胞培養容器の前記少なくとも1つのポートに流体連結され、さらに前記少なくとも1つのポートを介して前記材料を、前記少なくとも1つの細胞培養容器に注入したり、これから吸い出したりするように構成された、ポンプ装置、
前記少なくとも1つの細胞培養容器と、前記操作装置と、前記ポンプ装置とに関する1以上のパラメータを監視するように構成された、監視装置、および、
前記操作装置と、前記ポンプ装置と、前記監視装置とに動作可能に連結された制御装置であって、前記操作装置を用いた前記少なくとも1つの細胞培養容器の運動と、前記ポンプ装置を用いた前記材料の前記少なくとも1つの細胞培養容器への注入およびこれからの吸出しとを連係させるように構成された、制御装置、
を備えていることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記監視装置が、前記少なくとも1つの細胞培養容器に近接し前記操作装置に連結された、1以上のポジションセンサを含み、該1以上のポジションセンサが、前記地面に対する前記少なくとも1つの細胞培養容器の位置を感知するように構成され、
前記制御装置が、前記監視装置の前記1以上のポジションセンサを用いて、前記地面に対する前記少なくとも1つの細胞培養容器の前記位置を監視するようにさらに構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のシステム。 - 前記監視装置が、前記少なくとも1つの細胞培養容器の夫々に流体連結されて前記少なくとも1つの細胞培養容器内の圧力を夫々測定する、少なくとも1つの圧力センサを含み、
前記制御装置が、前記少なくとも1つの細胞培養容器の夫々の前記圧力を監視して、前記少なくとも1つの細胞培養容器で効果的に充填されているか、効果的に排出されているか、欠陥が存在しているか、のうちの1つを判定するように、さらに構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のシステム。 - 前記制御装置が、前記少なくとも1つの細胞培養容器の移動と、前記材料の前記少なくとも1つの細胞培養容器への注入またはこれからの吸出しとを、同時に行うように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3いずれか1項記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの細胞培養容器を約0.1kHz以上かつ約20kHz以下の周波数で振とうさせることで、前記少なくとも1つの細胞培養容器の前記複数の平行な細胞培養表面に接着した複数の前記細胞の少なくとも一部を剥離するように構成された、振とう装置をさらに含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1から4いずれか1項記載のシステム。
- 収容された構成と展開された構成との間で構成可能な1以上のアウトリガー部分をさらに含み、該1以上のアウトリガー部分が、展開された構成にあるときに、マニピュレータ部分を前記地面上で支持するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5いずれか1項記載のシステム。
