Claims (15)
- サーモプラスチック材料から形成された内部容器を有する複合的な圧力容器であって、ネック領域に設けられた少なくとも1つの端部片と、前記内部容器を強化しかつ繊維材料から形成されたラッピングを有する複合的な圧力容器を製造する方法であって、該方法は、押出ブロー成形による内部容器の製造を含む、方法において、
前記端部片は、前記内部容器が成形されている間に、前記端部片が少なくとも部分的に前記内部容器によって包囲されるように前記内部容器に配置されることを特徴とする、複合的な圧力容器を製造する方法。 - 前記端部片を、ブロー金型の開放した部品の間において、マンドレル状又はロッド状の支持エレメント上に配置し、管状の溶融したパリソン又は複数のウェブ状の溶融したパリソンによって包囲し、前記パリソンとともに、閉鎖する前記ブロー金型の前記部品の間でプレスする、請求項1記載の方法。
- それぞれが前記内部容器のネック領域を形成する2つの端部片を、前記支持エレメント上に互いに間隔を置いて配置する、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 提供された前記支持エレメントは、少なくとも部分的に雄ねじ山が設けられたロッドである、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記支持エレメントを、ブロー成形マンドレルとして使用し、該ブロー成形マンドレルを介して前記パリソンを前記ブロー金型内で拡張させる、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記端部片を、ブロー成形の間に、形状によるはめあいの形式で前記内部容器に結合する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記内部容器の完成後に、前記端部片を外側から固定エレメントによって前記内部容器の壁部に対して固定する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記内部容器の完成後に、前記支持エレメントを前記内部容器に残す、請求項2から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記支持エレメントを使用して、好適には壁部セグメントの形式の強化エレメントを前記内部容器に導入する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- サーモプラスチック材料から形成された内部容器(4)を有する複合的な圧力容器(1)であって、少なくとも1つのネック領域(2)と、前記内部容器の前記ネック領域(2)においてセンタリングされた少なくとも1つの端部片(6)とを有し、前記内部容器(4)を強化する繊維ラッピング(5)を有する、複合的な圧力容器(1)において、
前記端部片(6)は、少なくとも部分的に前記内部容器(4)内に配置されており、該内部容器(4)に対して回転方向で固定された状態で前記内部容器(4)に固定されていることを特徴とする、複合的な圧力容器。 - 前記端部片(6)は、2つの部分として設計されており、前記内部容器(4)の外側に配置された端部キャップ(7)を有し、前記内部容器(4)の壁部は、前記ネック領域(2)において、前記端部片(6)と前記端部キャップ(7)との間で締め付けられている、請求項10記載の複合的な圧力容器。
- 前記端部片(6)は、前記内部容器(4)の前記ネック領域(2)を貫通したねじ山付スタブ(10)を有し、該ねじ山付スタブ(10)に前記端部キャップ(7)が固定されている、請求項10又は11記載の複合的な圧力容器。
- 前記端部キャップ(7)は、固定エレメント(8)によって固定されている、請求項11又は12記載の複合的な圧力容器。
- 前記内部容器(4)は、該内部容器を貫通しかつ端部片(6)をそれぞれの端部において保持する支持エレメント(15)を有する、請求項10から13までのいずれか1項記載の複合的な圧力容器。
- 前記内部容器は、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法によって製造されている、請求項10から14までのいずれか1項記載の複合的な圧力容器。
