Claims (4)
- 鋳物部品製造用鋳型であり、
互いに対して開放位置から閉鎖位置へ可動である、2つの鋳型部を備え、
前記鋳型部は、閉鎖位置にある時、溶湯を充填することができる鋳型凹部を形成し、開放位置にある時、鋳物部品、特に少なくとも部分的に冷却することにより凝固された鋳物部品、を取り外すことができ、閉鎖位置にある時、前記二つの鋳型部を解除可能に接合する固定装置を用いて固定可能であり、
前記鋳型部は、接液させる鋳型凹部の形、順序及び領域を調節する鋳造プログラムにより、保持装置(特に、ロボットアーム)を用いて、所定の軸を中心に揺動可能であり、
前記可動式鋳型部は、互いに対して可動であり、基本的に2つの鋳型板(10、12)の面に対して垂直な運動軸に沿った直線上を互いに対して開放位置から閉鎖位置へ可動である2つの前記鋳型板(10、12)であり、前記鋳型板(10、12)を解除可能に接合する固定装置(16、18、20)が、前記鋳型板を、閉鎖位置で押し合わせた状態で固定し、鋳型板が閉鎖位置にある間、その固定圧が維持された状態であり、
さらに、前記固定装置は、鋳型に付随する閉鎖装置により前記鋳型板を押し合わせた後、前記鋳型板(10、12)を押し合わせる閉鎖圧力を維持するガス圧バネを有するエネルギー貯蔵手段(22)を有し、前記閉鎖装置は、基本的に前記鋳型板の中心面に対して垂直に作用し、前記固定装置は、一方の前記鋳型板(10)に固定スリーブ(16)を有し、もう一方の前記鋳型板(12)に張力スリーブ(18)を有し、前記張力スリーブ(18)は、基本的に固定スリーブ(16)と一列に並べられ、さらに、固定スリーブ(16)及び張力スリーブ(18)と互いに作用し合う可動張力ボルト(20)を有し、前記ボルト(20)は、基本的に前記鋳型板の前記面に対して垂直な方向に可動であり、一方の前記鋳型板に設けられた固定容器(24)に軸方向に取り付けられ、エネルギー貯蔵手段(22)の圧力の作用により前記ボルト(20)が動く、鋳型。 - 前記鋳型板(10、12)は矩形である、請求項1に記載の鋳型。
- さらに、前記鋳型板(10)の非常解除機構(32)を備え、前記鋳造プログラムの終了後に、少なくともおおむね凝固されている鋳物部品を取り出す、請求項1又は2に記載の鋳型。
- 前記非常解除機構(32)は、少なくとも部分的に凝固された鋳物部品を型から外すための、ガス圧アクチュエータ(22)、前記ガス圧アクチュエータ(22)により圧力がかけられる、押し込みロッド(33)及び取り出しロッド(34)を有する、請求項3に記載の鋳型。
