Description
又、前記内側シム板３ａは、ステンレスのばね鋼板、前記プレッシャプレート２ａの背面と対向する側の面にゴムをコーティングしたステンレスのばね鋼板等、耐食性及び弾性を有する金属板に、プレス加工による打ち抜き加工及び曲げ加工を施す事により造られている。この様な内側シム板３ａは、平板状の内側本体部分７ａと、この内側本体部分７ａの周方向両端部から前記プレッシャプレート２ａと反対側に、ほぼ直角に曲げ起こされた、１対の係止折り曲げ部２２、２２と、３個の内側係止片８ｄ、８ｅ、８ｆとを備える。
更に、前記外側本体部分１２ａの内外両周縁のうち、外周縁の周方向中央部分と、内周縁の周方向両端寄り２個所部分との、合計３個所部分に、それぞれ前記プレッシャプレート２ａ側に折れ曲がった、前記各外側係止片１３ｄ、１３ｅ、１３ｆを形成している。この様な外側係止片１３ｄ、１３ｅ、１３ｆに関しても、上述した内側係止片８ｄ、８ｅ、８ｆと同様に、それぞれの先半部を、前記外側本体部分１２ａに対する角度が鋭角となる状態まで折り曲げており、前記プレッシャプレート２ａの背面側に、前記内側シム板３ａを介して装着可能としている。
