Claims (11)
- カチオン%で、P5+ 0.1%以上、及びSn2+ 1%以上を含有するガラスからなり、20〜60℃における屈折率の温度係数dn/dTが−5×10−6/℃以下であることを特徴とする温度補償用部材。
- 下記式(1)により表される20〜60℃における光路長の温度係数dS/dTが−15×10−6〜15×10−6/℃であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の温度補償用部材。

ここで、Sは光路長、Tは温度、nは屈折率、αは熱膨張係数を表す。 - カチオン%で、P5+ 10〜70%、及びSn2+ 10〜90%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の温度補償用部材。
- アニオン%で、O2− 30〜100%、及びF−+Cl− 0〜70%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の温度補償用部材。
- カチオン%で、B3++Si4++Al3++Zn2++Ti4+ 0〜50%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の温度補償用部材。
- 屈折率ndが1.6以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の温度補償用部材。
- −40〜100℃における熱膨張係数が80〜200×10−7/℃であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の温度補償用部材。
- 屈伏点が500℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の温度補償用部材。
- 波長1310nm及び1550nmにおける厚さ10mmでの内部透過率が98%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の光学ガラス。
- JOGISに基づく耐水性が3級以上、耐酸性が2級以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の温度補償用部材。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の温度補償用部材を用いたことを特徴とする光通信用光学デバイス。
