Description
ここに記載されたようにメチレンブルーの色の変化を定量することによって光反応性を定量した。ここに記載された実施形態に従って3つの試料を形成し、複合シートを形成する条件などの様々な条件下で試料の光反応性を試験した。試料A、B、およびCは、約10〜40wt%のTiO2を含むPFAシートから形成される。試料Aは標準試験によって試験され、色の変化は約31の光反応性として測定される。試料Bは試料Aと同じであるが、しかしながら染料を加えた後、試料を熱に暴露して、例えば加熱して接合領域を形成する工程などの形成プロセスをシミュレートする。加熱プロセスは、試料を約680°Fの温度に30秒間保持する工程を含む。試料の色を再び試験によって測定した。
Claims (15)
- コア層と、
前記コア層の上に重なる上層とを含む複合物品であって、前記上層がフルオロポリマーと光触媒材料(PM)とを含み、前記PMが、前記上層の外面の全面積の少なくとも約25%を画定する、複合物品。 - 基礎構造物と、
前記基礎構造物の上に重なる複合物品とを含む複合構造物であって、前記複合物品が、
コア層と、
前記コア層の上に重なる上層とを含み、前記上層がフルオロポリマーと光触媒材料(PM)とを含み、前記上層内に存在するPMの全含有量の少なくとも10%が前記上層の外面に存在する、複合構造物。 - 前記フルオロポリマーが、ポリフッ化ビニル(PVF)、ポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、ポリクロロトリフルオロエチレン(PCTFE)、ペルフルオロアルコキシポリマー(PFA)、フッ素化エチレン−プロピレン(FEP)、ポリエチレンテトラフルオロエチレン(ETFE)、ポリエチレンクロロトリフルオロエチレン(ECTFE)、過フッ素化エラストマー(FFPM/FFKM)、ペルフルオロポリエーテル(PFPE)、テトラフルオロエチレン、ヘキサフロオロプロピレンおよびフッ化ビニリデンターポリマー(THV)、およびそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1および2のいずれかに記載の複合物品または複合構造物。
- 前記フルオロポリマーが、PFA、FEP、PTFE、およびそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項3に記載の複合物品または複合構造物。
- 前記コア層が、材料の連続した層を含む、請求項1−4のいずれか一項に記載の複合物品または複合構造物。
- 前記コア層が、複数の層を含む、請求項1−4のいずれか一項に記載の複合物品または複合構造物。
- 前記上層が、少なくとも約3μmol/L/分のメチレンブルー指数の分解活性指数を有する、請求項1−6のいずれか一項に記載の複合物品または複合構造物。
- 前記基礎構造物が、可撓性材料を含む、請求項2−7のいずれか一項に記載の複合構造物。
- 前記可撓性材料が、構造布を含む、請求項8に記載の複合構造物。
- 前記可撓性材料が、織支持材料を含む、請求項8に記載の複合構造物。
- 前記織支持材料が、アラミド繊維を含む、請求項10に記載の複合構造物。
- 前記基礎構造物が、剛性材料を含む、請求項8に記載の複合構造物。
- 前記剛性材料が、多孔性コア材料を組み込む複合材料を含む、請求項12に記載の複合構造物。
- 前記剛性材料が、前記多孔性コア材料の少なくとも1つの主面の上に重なるスキン層を含む、請求項13に記載の複合構造物。
- 前記スキン層が、ガラス、セラミック、ポリマー、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる材料の群から選択される材料を含む、請求項14に記載の複合構造物。
