前記強化材料に隣接して配置された層で、前記強化材料を被覆すること
を含む布帛を形成する方法であって、前記布帛が、
80%以上の、曲げ・折り畳み後の強度保持率を有するか、または
耐火性等級A級と、45%以上の曲げ・折り畳み後の強度保持率と、を有する方法。
前記強化材料に隣接して配置された第1の層であって、フルオロポリマーを含む第1の層;ならびに
前記第1の層に隣接して配置された第2の層であって、フルオロポリマー及びエラストマーを含むポリマーブレンドを含む第2の層
を含む、先行する項目のいずれか1つの布帛または方法。
前記強化材料に隣接して配置された第1の層であって、フルオロポリマーを含む第1の層;
前記第1の層に隣接して配置された第2の層であって、フルオロポリマー及びエラストマーを含むポリマーブレンドを含む第2の層;ならびに
前記第2の層に隣接して配置された第3の層であって、フルオロポリマーを含む第3の層
を含む、先行する項目のいずれか1つの布帛または方法。
実施例1は、従来の建築用布帛である比較試料1と、本明細書に記載される実施形態による建築用布帛である試料2の比較を含んだ。
比較試料3は、重量のある平織ガラス布帛(30osy)を用意すること、及びこのガラス布帛を、多段階被覆プロセスに従ったフルオロポリマー浸漬を用いて被覆することによって作製した。この多段階被覆プロセスは、熱洗浄すること、第1のフルオロポリマー配合物(LA11501 M132)で被覆すること、第2のフルオロポリマー配合物(TE3859)で被覆すること、及び4ミルのPTFEキャスト膜を積層することを含んだ。
実施例3では、様々な強化材料を有する、本開示の実施形態による建築用布帛を試験した。
Claims (13)
- 強化材料;及び
前記強化材料に隣接して配置される層
を含む布帛であって、
前記強化材料に隣接して配置された前記層が複数の層を含み、前記複数の層が、
前記強化材料に隣接して配置された第1の層であって、フルオロポリマーを含む第1の層;ならびに
前記第1の層に隣接して配置された第2の層であって、フルオロポリマーと、フルオロエラストマーを除くエラストマーと、を含むポリマーブレンドを含む第2の層、を備え、
前記強化材料は織布を含み、前記織布は少なくとも0.04mm2の開口寸法を有し、
80%以上の曲げ・折り畳み後の強度保持率を有し、
前記布帛が、画定された区域を環境要素から保護するように適合された建築用布帛である布帛。 - 強化材料;及び
前記強化材料に隣接して配置される層
を含む布帛であって、
前記強化材料に隣接して配置された前記層が複数の層を含み、前記複数の層が、
前記強化材料に隣接して配置された第1の層であって、フルオロポリマーを含む第1の層;ならびに
前記第1の層に隣接して配置された第2の層であって、フルオロポリマーと、フルオロエラストマーを除くエラストマーと、を含むポリマーブレンドを含む第2の層、を備え、
前記強化材料は織布を含み、前記織布は少なくとも0.04mm2の開口寸法を有し、
耐火性等級A級と、45%以上の曲げ・折り畳み後の強度保持率と、を有し、
前記布帛が、画定された区域を環境要素から保護するように適合された建築用布帛であり、
前記布帛が赤外線反射粒子を含む、布帛。 - 強化材料を用意すること;及び
前記強化材料を、層で被覆すること
を含む布帛を形成する方法であって、
前記層が複数の層を含み、前記複数の層が、
前記強化材料に隣接して配置された第1の層であって、フルオロポリマーを含む第1の層;ならびに
前記第1の層に隣接して配置された第2の層であって、フルオロポリマーと、フルオロエラストマーを除くエラストマーと、を含むポリマーブレンドを含む第2の層、を備え、
前記強化材料は織布を含み、前記織布は少なくとも0.04mm2の開口寸法を有し、
前記布帛が、80%以上の曲げ・折り畳み後の強度保持率を有するか、または
前記布帛が、耐火性等級A級と、45%以上の曲げ・折り畳み後の強度保持率と、を有し、
前記布帛が、画定された区域を環境要素から保護するように適合された建築用布帛である、方法。 - 前記エラストマーが、シリコーンエラストマー、フルオロエラストマー、パーフルオロエラストマーまたはそれらの任意の組合せである請求項1または2に記載の布帛。
- 前記複数の層が、前記第2の層に隣接して配置された第3の層を含み、前記第3の層がフルオロポリマーを含む請求項1または2に記載の布帛。
- 前記強化材料に隣接して配置された前記層が、フルオロポリマー及びエラストマーを含むポリマーブレンド層を含み、前記エラストマーが、2重量%以上の量で前記ポリマーブレンド層に存在する請求項1または2に記載の布帛。
- 前記ポリマーブレンド層がグリセリンをさらに含む請求項6記載の布帛。
- 前記グリセリンが、前記ポリマーブレンド層の総重量に基づき0.25重量%〜25重量%の量で前記ポリマーブレンド層に存在する請求項7記載の布帛。
- 前記フルオロポリマーが、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、ヘキサフルオロプロピレン(HFP)、フッ化エチレンプロピレン(FEP)、パーフルオロアルキルビニルエーテル(PFA)またはそれらの任意の組合せを含む請求項1または2に記載の布帛。
- 前記織布が、100グラム毎平方メートル以上の重量を有する請求項1または2に記載の布帛。
- 前記布帛が、ASTM D4851に従った、曲げ・折り畳み試験を経た後に保持されるたて糸破裂強度試験に基づき、45%以上の曲げ・折り畳み後の強度保持率を有する請求項1または2に記載の布帛。
- 前記布帛が、40%以上の、ASTM D4329に従って測定される耐候性試験後の曲げ・折り畳み後の強度保持率を有する請求項1または2に記載の布帛。
- 前記布帛が、80%以上の折り目付け・折り畳み保持率を有する請求項1または2に記載の布帛。
