Abstract
【解決手段】本発明のバッテリ逆接続保護システムは、第1直流電圧を利用して、第3矩形波信号及び第4矩形波信号を含む第1矩形波信号を変圧器の入力端に出力する制御器と、前記第1矩形波信号を変圧させた第2矩形波信号を出力する変圧器と、前記第2矩形波信号を整流して、第2直流電圧を出力する整流器と、前記第2直流電圧を利用して、バッテリの逆接続を保護するトランジスタとを備える。

Claims (14)
- 第1直流電圧を利用して、第3矩形波信号及び第4矩形波信号を含む第1矩形波信号を変圧器の入力端に出力する制御器と、
前記第1矩形波信号を変圧させた第2矩形波信号を出力する変圧器と、
前記第2矩形波信号を整流して、第2直流電圧を出力する整流器と、
前記第2直流電圧を利用して、バッテリの逆接続を保護するトランジスタと
を備えるバッテリ逆接続保護システム。 - 前記第3矩形波信号の最高電圧は、前記第1直流電圧で、前記第3矩形波信号の最低電圧は、0Vである請求項1に記載のバッテリ逆接続保護システム。
- 前記第4矩形波信号は、前記第3矩形波信号と位相差が180度である請求項2に記載のバッテリ逆接続保護システム。
- 前記第2矩形波信号の最高電圧は前記第1直流電圧であり、前記第2矩形波信号の最低電圧は0Vである請求項1に記載のバッテリ逆接続保護システム。
- 前記制御器は、DSPを備え、前記DSPは、クラック及びカウンタを有し、前記矩形波は、前記クラック及びカウンタにより生成される請求項1に記載のバッテリ逆接続保護システム。
- 前記変圧器は、1次コイル及び2次コイルを有し、
前記1次コイルの巻線数及び前記2次コイルの巻線数は、変更可能な請求項1に記載のバッテリ逆接続保護システム。 - 前記1次コイルの巻線数及び前記2次コイルの巻線数は、前記第2直流電圧に予め設定された特定電圧を印加するために変更される請求項6に記載のバッテリ逆接続保護システム。
- 前記特定電圧は15Vである請求項7に記載のバッテリ逆接続保護システム。
- 第1直流電圧を利用して、第3矩形波信号及び第4矩形波信号を含む第1矩形波信号を変圧器の入力端に出力する制御器と、
前記第1矩形波信号を変圧させた第2矩形波信号を出力する変圧器と、
前記第2矩形波信号を整流して、第2直流電圧を出力する整流器と、
前記制御器、前記変圧器及び前記整流器を備え、トランジスタのゲート部に前記第2直流電圧を出力し、バッテリが逆接続された場合、前記トランジスタのゲート部に出力される前記第2直流電圧の出力を遮断するゲート駆動部と、
前記出力された第2直流電圧が前記ゲート部に印加された場合、前記トランジスタの両端に接続したバッテリと電装品部との間を導通させ、前記バッテリが逆接続された場合、前記トランジスタの両端に接続したバッテリと電装品部との間をオープンさせるトランジスタと
を備えるバッテリ逆接続保護システム。 - 前記第2矩形波信号及び第3矩形波信号の最高電圧は、前記第1直流電圧であり、前記第2矩形波信号及び第3矩形波信号の最低電圧は、0Vである請求項9に記載のバッテリ逆接続保護システム。
- 前記第4矩形波信号は、前記第3矩形波信号と位相差が180度である請求項10に記載のバッテリ逆接続保護システム。
- 前記変圧器は、1次コイル及び2次コイルを有し、
前記1次コイルの巻線数及び前記2次コイルの巻線数は、変更可能な請求項9に記載のバッテリ逆接続保護システム。 - 前記1次コイルの巻線数及び前記2次コイルの巻線数は、前記第2直流電圧に予め設定された特定電圧を印加するために変更される請求項12に記載のバッテリ逆接続保護システム。
- 前記特定電圧は、15Vである請求項13に記載のバッテリ逆接続保護システム。
