Abstract
Description
a)フィルム層を提供するステップ、
b)三次元印刷法により、樹脂成形化合物を所定の三次元形状で前記フィルム層上に適用するステップ。
−三次元印刷中、所定の量の樹脂成形化合物が印刷ヘッドで溶解され、少なくとも一つの添加物と溶解状態で接触し、少なくとも一つの添加物の吸収後、印刷ヘッドにより、所定の位置に配置される。
−少なくとも一つの添加物が、フィルム及び/またはキャリアフィルムの形で提供される。
−少なくとも一つの添加物が、加熱装置により、所定の温度まで加熱される。
−少なくとも一つの添加物が、着色剤、色素、ナノ粒子、光学可変色素、サーモクロミックまたはフォトクロミック性の物質、紫外、可視、または赤外のスペクトル範囲で検出可能な、及び/または、これらのスペクトル範囲で蛍光性または発光性に励起可能な、着色剤または色素、金属、半導体、及び/または、結晶物質である。
−加飾構造または機能構造、特に、光学情報、電気的構造または電子的構造、特に、導電性トラック構造、及び/または、アンテナ構造、が、少なくとも一つの添加物により、成形体1に実装される。

Claims (40)
- 以下のステップを有する、成形体(1)の製造方法。
a)フィルム層(11)を提供するステップ、
b)三次元印刷法により、樹脂成形化合物(12)を所定の三次元形状で前記フィルム層(11)上に適用するステップ。 - ステップb)において前記樹脂成形化合物(12)が適用される、接着促進層を有するフィルム層(11)が用いられること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。 - 前記接着促進層が、ステップb)において適用される前記樹脂成形化合物(12)と同じ樹脂材料から成る、フィルム層(11)が用いられること、
を特徴とする請求項2に記載の製造方法。 - 前記接着促進層が、熱活性化接着剤を有する、フィルム層(11)が用いられること、
を特徴とする請求項2に記載の製造方法。 - 前記接着促進層が、0.01 μmから50 μm、好ましくは5 μmから50 μmの層厚を有する、フィルム層(11)が用いられること、
を特徴とする請求項2から4のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。 - 前記フィルム層(11)として、転写層(112)と該転写層から剥離可能なキャリア層(111)とを有する転写フィルム、特に、ホットスタンプフィルムが用いられ、ステップb)において、前記樹脂成形化合物(12)が前記転写プライ(112)に適用されること、
を特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。 - 前記フィルム層として、積層フィルムが用いられること、
を特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。 - 少なくとも一つの加飾層を有するフィルム層(11)が用いられること、
を特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。 - 少なくとも一つの加飾層が、
少なくとも一つの着色剤、色素、可視、赤外、または、紫外のスペクトル範囲で蛍光性及び/または発光性に励起可能な色素、光学可変色素を有する層、液晶層、コレルテリック液晶層、金属層、レリーフ構造、特に、回折格子構造、ホログラム、マット構造を有する層、マイクロ光学構造、特に、マイクロレンズ及び/またはマイクロプリズムの配列を有する層、織物材料、皮革、人工皮革、または、ベニア板で作られる層の、層の一つまたはその組み合わせであり、または、層の一つまたはその組み合わせを含む、フィルム層(11)が用いられること、
を特徴とする請求項8に記載の製造方法。 - 少なくとも一つの機能層を有するフィルム層(11)が用いられること、
を特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。 - 前記少なくとも一つの前記機能層が、機械的な、及び/または、熱的な、及び/または、化学的な、保護層、及び/または、磁性の、及び/または、磁化可能な層を有すること、
を特徴とする請求項10に記載の製造方法。 - 少なくとも一つの前記機能層が、電気的なまたは電子的な層、特に、導電性トラック構造、アンテナ構造、電気部品または電子部品、センサー、誘導性または容量性タッチセンサー、チップ、表示エレメント、特にOLEDまたはLCD表示エレメントを含む層である、または、層を含むこと、
を特徴とする請求項10または11に記載の製造方法。 - 前記樹脂成形化合物(12)が、前記少なくとも一つの機能層を、部分的にのみカバーするように適用されること、
を特徴とする請求項10から12のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。 - 特に所定の粗さを有する、及び/または、所定の触覚的に知覚可能な情報、好ましくは点字を有する、触覚的に知覚可能な表面レリーフを含む、フィルム層(11)が用いられること、
を特徴とする請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。 - ステップb)における前記樹脂成形化合物(12)の適用後、三次元印刷法により、さらなる樹脂成形化合物が、前記フィルム層(11)の、ステップb)において適用される前記樹脂成形化合物(12)から離れた側に、所定の三次元形状で適用されること、
を特徴とする請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。 - 前記樹脂成形化合物(12)が、特にロボット制御でガイドされる三次元印刷ヘッドにより適用されること、
を特徴とする請求項1から15のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。 - 前記樹脂成形化合物(12)が、滴、及び/または、鎖、及び/または、糸の形で適用されること、
を特徴とする請求項1から16のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。 - 前記樹脂成形化合物(12)として、熱可塑性樹脂、特に、ABS、ポリカーボネート、または、ABS-PCが用いられること、
を特徴とする請求項1から17のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。 - 前記樹脂成形化合物(12)の適用前に、前記フィルム層(11)が、特に機械的クランプ手段及び/または真空固定手段により、所定の表面形状を有する支持エレメント(5)上に固定されること、
を特徴とする請求項1から18のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。 - 前記樹脂成形化合物(12)の適用前に、前記フィルム層(11)が、略30℃から略150℃の温度、好ましくは、略60℃から略100℃の温度に加熱されること、
を特徴とする請求項1から19のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。 - 前記樹脂成形化合物(12)の適用中、異なる光学特性を有する複数の樹脂が適用され、特に視覚的に認知可能な情報が前記樹脂により表わされるように、三次元印刷ヘッドがガイドされること、
を特徴とする請求項1から20のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。 - 前記樹脂成形化合物(12)の適用後に、前記成形体(1)が表面処理を受けること、
を特徴とする請求項1から21のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。 - 前記成形体(1)の前記表面処理が、溶媒処理、及び/または、少なくとも部分的なコーティング、特にウェットラッカーコーティング、及び/または、転写フィルムの適用、を含むこと、
を特徴とする請求項22に記載の製造方法。 - 特に請求項1から23のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法により製造され、フィルム層(11)と、三次元印刷法により所定の三次元形状で前記フィルム層(11)上に適用される樹脂成形化合物(12)とを含む、成形体(1)。
- 前記フィルム層(11)が、前記樹脂成形化合物(12)が適用される接着促進層を有すること、
を特徴とする請求項24に記載の成形体(1)。 - 前記接着促進層が、前記樹脂成形化合物(12)と同じ材料、及び/または、熱活性化接着剤から成ること、
を特徴とする請求項25に記載の成形体(1)。 - 前記接着促進層が、0.01 μmから50 μm、好ましくは5 μmから50 μmの層厚を有すること、
を特徴とする請求項24から26のいずれか1項に記載の成形体(1)。 - 前記フィルム層(11)が、転写プライ(112)と該転写プライから剥離可能なキャリア層(111)とを有する、積層フィルム、または、転写フィルム、特にホットスタンプフィルムであって、前記樹脂成形化合物(12)が前記転写プライ(112)に適用されること、
を特徴とする請求項24から27のいずれか1項に記載の成形体(1)。 - 前記フィルム層(11)が、
少なくとも一つの着色剤、色素、可視、赤外、または、紫外のスペクトル範囲で蛍光性及び/または発光性に励起可能な色素、光学可変色素を有する層、液晶層、コレルテリック液晶層、金属層、レリーフ構造、特に、回折格子構造、ホログラム、マット構造を有する層、マイクロ光学構造、特に、マイクロレンズ及び/またはマイクロプリズムの配列を有する層、織物材料、皮革、人工皮革、または、ベニア板で作られる層の、特に、層の一つまたはその組み合わせであり、または、層の一つまたはその組み合わせを含む、少なくとも一つの加飾層を有すること、
を特徴とする請求項24から28のいずれか1項に記載の成形体(1)。 - 前記フィルム層(11)が、特に、電気的なまたは電子的な層、特に、導電性トラック構造、アンテナ構造、電気的または電子的部品、センサー、誘導性または容量性タッチセンサー、チップ、表示エレメント、特にOLEDまたはLCD表示エレメントを含む層である、または、層を含む、少なくとも一つの機能層を有し、及び/または、機械的な、及び/または、熱的な、及び/または、化学的な、保護層、及び/または、磁性の、及び/または、磁化可能な層を有すること、
を特徴とする請求項24から29のいずれか1項に記載の成形体(1)。 - 少なくとも一つの前記機能層が、前記樹脂成形化合物(12)により、部分的にのみカバーされること、
を特徴とする請求項30に記載の成形体(1)。 - 前記フィルム層(11)が、特に、所定の粗さを有し、及び/または、所定の触覚的に知覚可能な情報、好ましくは点字を有する、触覚的に知覚可能な表面レリーフを含むこと、
を特徴とする請求項24から31のいずれか1項に記載の成形体(1)。 - 三次元印刷法により、さらなる樹脂成形化合物が、前記フィルム層(11)の前記樹脂成形化合物(12)から離れた側に、適用されること、
を特徴とする請求項24から32のいずれか1項に記載の成形体(1)。 - 前記樹脂成形化合物(12)が、熱可塑性樹脂、特に、ABS、ポリカーボネート、または、ABS-PCであること、
を特徴とする請求項24から33のいずれか1項に記載の成形体(1)。 - 前記樹脂成形化合物(12)が、異なる光学特性を有する樹脂を複数含み、それらにより、特に視覚的に認知可能な情報が表わされること、
を特徴とする請求項24から34のいずれか1項に記載の成形体(1)。 - 前記視覚的に認知可能な情報が、少なくとも一つの英数字、シンボル、ロゴ、幾何学的パターン、特にギロシェパターン、画素イメージ、及び/または、個人化情報である、または、含むこと、
を特徴とする請求項35に記載の成形体(1)。 - 前記異なる光学特性を有する樹脂の少なくとも一つが、着色剤、色素、ナノ粒子、光学可変色素、サーモクロミックまたはフォトクロミック性の物質を含むこと、
を特徴とする請求項35または36に記載の成形体(1)。 - 前記異なる光学特性を有する樹脂の少なくとも一つが、紫外、可視、または、赤外のスペクトル範囲で検出可能であり、及び/または、それらのスペクトル範囲で蛍光性または発光性に励起可能である、着色剤または色素を含むこと、
を特徴とする請求項35から37のいずれか1項に記載の成形体(1)。 - 前記樹脂成形化合物(12)が、少なくとも部分的に、装置により、特に磁気的に検出可能な、物質、及び/または、粒子を含むこと、
を特徴とする請求項24から38のいずれか1項に記載の成形体(1)。 - 前記成形体(1)が、少なくとも一つの部分的なコーティング、特に、ウェットラッカー、及び/または、さらなる転写フィルムを含むこと、
を特徴とする請求項24から39のいずれか1項に記載の成形体(1)。
