Abstract

Claims (11)
- 回転軸と、
前記回転軸を受ける軸受部と、
前記回転軸に取り付けられ前記回転軸に伴って回転することで液体を送るギヤと
を有し、
前記回転軸および前記軸受部の少なくとも一方に凹部および凸部の少なくとも一方が設けられ、前記回転軸が回転すると前記凹部および凸部の少なくとも一方によって前記回転軸と前記軸受部との間の液体に動圧が生じ、前記動圧により前記回転軸と前記軸受部とが離間するギヤポンプ。 - 前記凹部および凸部の少なくとも一方は、前記回転軸および前記軸受部のいずれか一方に設けられる請求項1に記載のギヤポンプ。
- 前記軸受部は、スラスト軸受を有し、
前記回転軸および前記スラスト軸受のいずれか一方に凹部および凸部の少なくとも一方が設けられた請求項1または2に記載のギヤポンプ。 - 前記軸受部は、ラジアル軸受を有し、
前記回転軸および前記ラジアル軸受のいずれか一方に凹部および凸部の少なくとも一方が設けられた請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載のギヤポンプ。 - 前記軸受部は、軸受本体と、前記軸受本体と前記回転軸との間に設けられたセパレーターとを有し、
前記回転軸および前記セパレーターのいずれか一方に凹部および凸部の少なくとも一方が設けられた請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載のギヤポンプ。 - 回転軸と、
前記回転軸を受ける軸受部と、
前記回転軸に取り付けられ前記回転軸に伴って回転することで液体を送るギヤと
を有し、
前記回転軸および前記軸受部の少なくとも一方に凹部および凸部の少なくとも一方が設けられたギヤポンプ。 - 記録媒体に液体を吐出する吐出部と、
前記吐出部に前記液体を供給するギヤポンプと
を備え、
前記ギヤポンプは、回転軸と、前記回転軸を受ける軸受部と、前記回転軸に取り付けられ前記回転軸に伴って回転することで液体を送るギヤとを有し、
前記回転軸および前記軸受部の少なくとも一方に凹部および凸部の少なくとも一方が設けられ、前記回転軸が回転すると前記凹部および凸部の少なくとも一方によって前記回転軸と前記軸受部との間の液体に動圧が生じ、前記動圧により前記回転軸と前記軸受部とが離間する画像記録装置。 - 前記凹部および凸部の少なくとも一方は、前記回転軸および前記軸受部のいずれか一方に設けられる請求項7に記載の画像記録装置。
- 前記液体は、光硬化性インクである請求項7または8に記載の画像記録装置。
- 前記ギヤポンプを通過する前記液体の溶存酸素量は、2ppm以上10ppm以下である請求項9に記載の画像記録装置。
- 記録媒体に液体を吐出する吐出部と、
前記吐出部に前記液体を供給するギヤポンプと
を備え、
前記ギヤポンプは、回転軸と、前記回転軸を受ける軸受部と、前記回転軸に取り付けられ前記回転軸に伴って回転することで液体を送るギヤとを有し、
前記回転軸および前記軸受部の少なくとも一方に凹部および凸部の少なくとも一方が設けられた画像記録装置。
