Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- 吸気通路に過給機を有する内燃機関であって、
クランク室と回収通路を介して連通するオイルタンクと、
前記回収通路に設けられ、前記クランク室内の流体を前記オイルタンクに輸送するスカベンジポンプと、
前記オイルタンク内の液面より上方の上部空間と前記吸気通路における前記過給機よりも下流側の部分とを連通する第1通路と、
前記上部空間と前記吸気通路における前記過給機よりも上流側の部分とを連通する第2通路と、
前記第1通路に設けられ、前記上部空間から前記吸気通路に向う流体の流れのみを許容する一方向弁とを有することを特徴とする内燃機関。 - シリンダヘッド及び前記シリンダヘッドに接合されるヘッドカバーの間に形成される動弁室と、前記上部空間とを連通する第3通路を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記吸気通路における前記過給機よりも下流側にスロットルバルブを有し、
前記第1通路は、前記吸気通路における前記スロットルバルブよりも下流側の部分に連通することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の内燃機関。 - 前記第1通路には、通過する流体から液体を取り除き、前記オイルタンクに戻す第1気液分離装置が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1つの項に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記第1気液分離装置は、前記オイルタンクに一体に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記第2通路には、通過する流体から液体を取り除き、前記オイルタンクに戻す第2気液分離装置が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1つの項に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記第2気液分離装置は、前記オイルタンクに一体に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の内燃機関。
