Abstract
Description
乾式成形法の加圧成形工程においてクラック、変形等の現象がよく発生することから、金型設計が不十分であり、並びに不適切な加圧成形方式を採用した場合、焼結製品が許容誤差の範囲を超えてしまい、製品の歩留まりと生産効率に悪影響を与える虞があった。加えて、乾式成形の場合、更に構造多様性に欠け、寸法制御が難しく、製品成分にバラツキが大きく、生産効率が低く、量産性に劣り、大型の薄板を製造することができない等といった欠点があるので、製造現場における寸法と形状が異なる成形体の製造需要を満足できず、且つ品質を確保することができない。
但し、前記スラリーを調製する際に添加するバインダ、可塑剤、分散媒及び溶媒としては、下記表1に示されるとおりである。
本明細書において、「KD−1」は分散剤Hypermer KD−1のことを指す。Hypermer KD−1は市販で入手でき、例えば、英国のクローダ社により販売されているHypermer KD−1である。「PVB1」とは分子量が5〜7万のポリビニルブチラールの略記であり、「PVB2」とは分子量が10〜12万のポリビニルブチラールの略記であり、「DBP」とはフタル酸ジブチルの略記である。
Claims (4)
- フェライト粉体を提供する配合工程と、
上記フェライト粉体を加熱にて乾燥させる乾燥工程と、
上記乾燥済みのフェライト粉体に、バインダ、可塑剤、分散媒及び溶媒を加えて混ぜあわせ、スラリーを形成するスラリー調製工程と、
スラリー中の泡を抜く脱泡工程と、
脱泡済みのスラリーを流延成形装置に流延させてセラミックテープを得る流延成形工程と、
上記セラミックテープを切断して所定サイズのグリーン成形体を得る切断工程と、
300〜500℃で5時間以上かけて保温することにより、上記グリーン成形体中の有機物を除去する脱バインダ工程と、
900〜1000℃で2〜5時間保温することによって上記脱バインダ済みのグリーン成形体を焼成し、緻密なフェライトセラミックスを得る焼成工程と
を含むことを特徴とする、フェライトセラミックスの製造方法。 - 前記配合工程において、原料を選別することで前記フェライト粉体の中間粒径を0.5〜3.5μm範囲にすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフェライトセラミックスの製造方法。
- 前記乾燥工程において、前記フェライト粉体を乾燥させて含水率を0.1%以下にすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフェライトセラミックスの製造方法。
- 前記脱泡工程において、真空引きと加熱を組合わせてスラリー中の泡を除去することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフェライトセラミックスの製造方法。
