Abstract
【解決手段】チタンイオンとバリウムイオンとが含まれ、ポリビニルピロリドンが含まれた水溶液に、pH調整剤として水酸化カリウム溶液が加えられ、加熱温度が90〜120℃の範囲で加熱される工程であり、合成されるチタン酸バリウム微粒子は、球状の粒子形状を有し、平均粒子径は40〜1500nm、変動係数は25.0%以下であり良好な分散性を有する。有機溶媒を使用せず、常圧で反応させることが可能であることから、環境への負荷が小さく、高温高圧設備等を必要としない。

Claims (5)
- 球状の粒子形状を有し、平均粒子径が40から1500nm、その粒子径の変動係数が25.0%以下であって、4重量%以上のポリビニルピロリドンによって包まれていることを特徴とするチタン酸バリウム微粒子。
- 請求項1に記載のチタン酸バリウム微粒子が、分散媒に分散されたチタン酸バリウム微粒子分散体。
- 前記分散媒が、水であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のチタン酸バリウム微粒子分散体。
- 請求項1に記載のチタン酸バリウム微粒子を、加熱焼成することにより前記ポリビニルピロリドンが焼失されたチタン酸バリウム微粒子粉体。
- チタンイオンとバリウムイオンとを含む水溶液に反応剤を加えて、加熱することによりチタン酸バリウム微粒子を合成するに際し、前記チタンイオンとバリウムイオンとを含む水溶液にポリビニルピロリドンが含まれることを特徴とするチタン酸バリウム微粒子の製造方法。
