Claims (3)
- 球状の粒子形状を有し、平均粒子径が50から300nm、その粒子径の変動係数が25%以下であり、ポリプロピレングリコールによって包まれていることを特徴とするチタン酸バリウム微粒子。
- チタンイオンとバリウムイオンとを含む水溶液に反応剤を加えて、90から120℃の温度で加熱することにより請求項1に記載のチタン酸バリウム微粒子を合成するに際し、前記チタンイオンとバリウムイオンとを含む水溶液にポリプロピレングリコールが含まれることを特徴とするチタン酸バリウム微粒子の製造方法。
- 請求項2に記載のチタン酸バリウム微粒子の製造方法で得られたチタン酸バリウム微粒子を、加熱焼成することにより前記ポリプロピレングリコールが焼失されたチタン酸バリウム微粒子粉体の製造方法。
