Claims (6)
- 球状の粒子形状を有し、平均粒子径が50から300nm、その粒子径の変動係数が25%以下であり、ポリエーテル系高分子、ビニルアルコール重合体、ポリアクリルアミドのうち1つ以上の高分子によって包まれていることを特徴とするチタン酸バリウム微粒子。
- チタンイオンとバリウムイオンとを含む水溶液に反応剤を加えて、所定の温度で加熱することにより請求項1に記載のチタン酸バリウム微粒子を合成するに際し、前記チタンイオンとバリウムイオンとを含む水溶液にポリエーテル系高分子、ビニルアルコール重合体、ポリアクリルアミドのうち1つ以上の高分子が含まれることを特徴とするチタン酸バリウム微粒子の製造方法。
- 前記ポリエーテル系高分子が、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリプロピレングリコール、ポリエチレンオキサイドであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のチタン酸バリウム微粒子の製造方法。
- 前記ビニルアルコール重合体が、ポリビニルアルコールであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のチタン酸バリウム微粒子の製造方法。
- 前記所定の温度が90から120℃の温度範囲であることを特徴とする請求項2乃至請求項4に記載のチタン酸バリウム微粒子の製造方法。
- 請求項2乃至請求項5に記載のチタン酸バリウム微粒子の製造方法で得られたチタン酸バリウム微粒子を、加熱焼成することにより前記高分子が焼失されたチタン酸バリウム微粒子粉体。
