Description
発明の内容の理解を容易にするため、以下に用語が定義される。
(a)布帛上に、水性樹脂、架橋剤、粘着付与剤、フロッキングパウダー及び着色剤ペーストを有する、加工フォーミュレーションをプリントするステップ;
(b)上に加工フォーミュレーションがプリントされる前記布帛を、特定の乾燥温度、乾燥期間、乾燥するステップ;及び
(c)前記乾燥温度より上の熟成温度で前記布帛を熟成するステップ
を有する、プリント及び非染料プロセスにより製造される、特別なパターンと触覚的テクスチャを備えた立体的布帛を形成する方法を提供する。

Claims (14)
- 水性樹脂、架橋剤、粘着付与剤、フロッキングパウダー及び着色剤ペーストを有する、加工フォーミュレーション。
- 前記水性樹脂は、ポリウレタン(PU)樹脂、アクリル系樹脂もしくはそれらの組み合わせを有する、請求項1に記載の加工フォーミュレーション。
- 100重量部の水性樹脂に基づき、架橋剤は含有量約1乃至約5重量部を有する、粘着付与剤は含有量約0.1乃至約5重量部を有する、フロッキングパウダーは含有量約1乃至約20重量部を有する、及び着色剤ペーストは含有量約1乃至約15重量部を有する、請求項1に記載の加工フォーミュレーション。
- 機能性助剤をさらに有する、請求項1に記載の加工フォーミュレーション。
- 前記機能性助剤は、加工フォーミュレーションで調製される布帛に、断熱性、抗菌特性、消臭、静電気防止効果、蓄光性、サーモクロミズム、摩耗もしくは電磁遮蔽の機能を、もしくは接触したヒトの皮膚を冷やす特性を与える、請求項4に記載の加工フォーミュレーション。
- 発泡剤をさらに有する、請求項1に記載の加工フォーミュレーション。
- 100重量部の水性樹脂に基づき、発泡剤は含有量約0乃至約20重量部を有する、請求項6に記載の加工フォーミュレーション。
- (a)布帛上に、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の加工フォーミュレーションをプリントするステップ;
(b)上に加工フォーミュレーションがプリントされる前記布帛を、特定の乾燥温度、乾燥期間、乾燥するステップ;及び
(c)前記乾燥温度より上の熟成温度で前記布帛を熟成するステップ
を有する、プリント及び非染料プロセスにより製造される、特別なパターンと触覚的テクスチャを備えた立体的布帛を形成する方法。 - ステップ(a)におけるプリントステップは、平板直接プリント、輪転印刷もしくは他の印刷プロセスである、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記乾燥温度は約90℃乃至約150℃である、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記乾燥期間は約30乃至約100秒である、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記熟成温度は約110℃乃至約180℃である、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 水噴霧もしくは他の加工プロセスをさらに有する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 請求項8乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の方法により製造される、特別なパターンと触覚的テクスチャを備えた立体的布帛。
