Description

可生產具特殊圖樣、觸感或立體感織物之加工處方及方法
本發明係關於一種可生產具特殊圖樣、觸感或立體感織物之加工處方及方法,其可使織物不需經由傳統染色、印花及植絨等工程即可形成立體感圖案。
習知印花產生方式分為直接印花、拔染印花、壓花、數位印花及滾筒印花(rotary printing)等數種方式。直接印花係以印染糊直接印上圖案的方法。拔染印花係將底布先染色呈素色布,再於素色布上印上含有拔染劑的印花糊圖案,經加熱處理將底色拔除。壓花係利用高壓及高溫將鋼膜上之圖案壓印於布上。數位印花係先將助劑加入漿料後塗佈於胚布表面,再以噴墨方式將電腦圖案噴印於布上。滾筒印花係以滾筒印花機將圖案轉印至布上,圖案效果較粗曠,適合下印抽象圖案、經向條紋或大角度斜線。滾筒印花適合大量生產,商品售價較低且無接版痕之問題,如圖1之示意圖。圖1中之1為滾筒印花機,2為色漿,3為色管及4為網版。
前述先前技術生產印花織物的原理主要係使用糊劑包容染料及助劑,藉由機械式的括刀運動,準確地將色漿透過網版,以網版上之圖案附著於胚布定點上,再藉由蒸布機,將色漿內之染料轉移至纖維 上固定,再以洗布機將布上殘餘染料、助劑及糊劑洗除。
然而,先前技術中之洗除殘餘染料、助劑及糊劑之步驟不僅耗能且將產生大量廢水,對環境造成莫大負擔。此外,先前技術所製得之印花圖樣均為平面圖樣,不具立體感,故需藉由刺繡、提花或植絨等額外工程使織物上之圖樣立體化,但該等可形成立體圖樣之額外工程不僅成本較高且加工步驟繁瑣,不利於製程。
有鑒於習知印花方式之耗能、不環保及加工步驟繁瑣等問題,需要一種環境友善(eco-friendly)且不需繁瑣加工步驟,亦能形成特殊圖樣、觸感或立體感之織物之印花方式。
本發明係關於一種以Non-Dye環保製程生產之具特殊圖樣、觸感或立體感織物。本發明提供一種可生產具特殊圖樣、觸感或立體感織物之加工處方及方法,其並未使用染料且可不需傳統刺繡、提花或植絨等額外工程即可使織物上之圖樣立體化。未經染色之白色精定布以印花方式施以包含特殊複合樹脂之加工處方,僅透過乾燥過程中之物理及化學變化,無需經傳統染色、印花與植絨工程,即可使織物具有特殊彈透感、觸感或立體感。另外,織物上之圖樣可設計成各種樣式,本發明可使織物達到美觀與流行性及彈透感、觸感或立體感兼具之優異效果。
根據本發明之一具體實例,本發明提供一種加工處方,其包含水性樹脂、交聯劑、增黏劑、絨毛粉及色膏,其可使織物具特殊圖樣、觸感或立體感效果。
該水性樹脂包含聚氨基甲酸酯樹脂(PU)、丙烯酸樹脂或其組合。
該增黏劑可利於加工處方(即膠料)之加工性,以100重量份之水性樹脂計,其含量可為約0.1至5重量份,較佳為0.3至1重量份。
該絨毛粉可使織物之觸感順滑而富有特殊手感,提升其視覺上 光澤柔和度,以100重量份之水性樹脂計,該絨毛粉之含量可為約1至20重量份,較佳為1至10重量份。
交聯劑可提高加工處方中組份之交聯程度,其含量可為約1至5重量份,較佳為2至4重量份。
色膏可使織物上之圖樣具有不同色彩,其含量可為約1至15重量份,較佳為3至10重量份。
另外,該加工處方可進一步包含發泡劑,其於乾燥過程中分解並釋出氣體,使糊劑膨脹,可提升織物立體感。以100重量份之水性樹脂計,其含量可為約0至20重量份,較佳為0至10重量份。
該加工處方亦可與其他機能性助劑複合使用,使織物兼具涼感、保溫、抗菌、消臭、抗靜電、蓄光、感溫變色、耐摩擦、電磁波遮蔽等特殊機能。
根據本發明之另一具體實例,本發明提供一種以印花且非染色方式之形成具特殊圖樣、觸感或立體感織物之方法,其包含:(a)將加工處方施印於織物上;(b)將該經施印加工處方之織物於特定乾燥溫度下乾燥一段乾燥時間;(c)將該織物於高於該乾燥溫度之熟成溫度下熟成。
步驟(a)之施印方式可為平版直接印花、滾筒印花或其他印花方式。該乾燥溫度係介於90至150℃之間,較佳係介於100至140℃之間,更佳係介於100至130℃之間。該乾燥時間係介於30至100秒之間,較佳係介於50至80秒之間,更佳係介於55至65秒之間。該熟成溫度係介於110至180℃之間,較佳係介於120至170℃之間,更佳係介於130至160℃之間。
印花加工完成後視需求可進一步以撥水或其他加工方式加工所得之織物。例如,以壓吸(padding)或塗佈方式對織物施以圖樣表層防 護或賦予前頁所述之特殊機能。
根據本發明之另一具體實例,本發明提供具特殊圖樣、觸感或立體感之織物。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種加工處方,其包含水性樹脂、交聯劑、增黏劑、絨毛粉及色膏,及其可包含或不包含發泡劑與機能性助劑,其中以100重量份之水性樹脂計,該交聯劑之含量為約1至5重量份、該增黏劑之含量為約0.3至1重量份、該絨毛粉之含量為約1至20重量份、該色膏之含量為約1至15重量份及該發泡劑之含量為約0至20重量份。
  2. 如請求項1之加工處方,其中該水性樹脂包含聚氨基甲酸酯樹脂(PU)、丙烯酸樹脂或其組合。
  3. 如請求項1之加工處方,其中該機能性助劑可使所製得之織物具有涼感、保溫、抗菌、消臭、蓄光、感溫變色、抗靜電、電磁波遮蔽或耐摩擦之特殊機能。
  4. 一種以印花且非染色方式之形成具特殊圖樣、觸感或立體感織物之方法,其包含:(a)將如請求項1至3中任一項之加工處方施印於織物上;(b)將該經施印加工處方之織物於特定乾燥溫度下乾燥一段乾燥時間;(c)將該織物於高於該乾燥溫度之熟成溫度下熟成。
  5. 如請求項4之方法,其中步驟(a)之施印方式可為平版直接印花、滾筒印花或其他印花方式。
  6. 如請求項4之方法,其中該乾燥溫度係介於90至150℃之間。
  7. 如請求項4之方法,其中該乾燥時間係介於30至100秒之間。
  8. 如請求項4之方法,其中該熟成溫度係介於110至180℃之間。
  9. 如請求項4之方法,其可進一步包含撥水或其他加工方式。
  10. 一種以請求項4至9中任一項之方法製備之具特殊圖樣、觸感或立體感之織物。
