Abstract
【解決手段】三相電磁モータ100は、ステータコア10のスロット11、11間に形成された磁極13に巻線20を巻装してなるステータ1と、ステータ1内に配され、永久磁石50を有するロータ2とを備える。三相電磁モータ100は、8n極6nスロット(nは自然数)で構成される。ステータコア10の複数の磁極13における1つ置きの磁極13に、3n個の巻線が巻装される。

Description
したがって、第1から第3実施形態によれば、三相電源に対する巻線数の最少化により、巻線コストおよび結線コストを削減でき、高効率の三相電磁モータを実現できる。
[三相電磁モータの構成]
まず、図1および図2を参照して、第1実施形態に係る三相電磁モータの構成について説明する。図1は第1実施形態に係る三相電磁モータの概略図である。図2は第1実施形態に係る三相電磁モータのステータコアの概略図である。
次に、図1から図3を参照して、第1実施形態に係る三相電磁モータの作用について説明する。
次に、図4および図5を参照して、第2実施形態に係る三相電磁モータについて説明する。図4は第2実施形態に係る三相電磁モータの概略図である。図5は第2実施形態に係る三相電磁モータのステータコアの概略図である。なお、第1実施形態と同一の構成部材については同一の符号を付し、適宜説明を省略する。
次に、図6および図7を参照して、第3実施形態に係る三相電磁モータについて説明する。図6は第3実施形態に係る三相電磁モータの概略図である。図7は第3実施形態に係る三相電磁モータのステータコアの概略図である。なお、第1実施形態と同一の構成部材については同一の符号を付し、適宜説明を省略する。

Claims (5)
- ステータコアのスロット間に形成された磁極に巻線を巻装してなるステータと、該ステータ内に配され、永久磁石を有するロータとを備える三相電磁モータであって、
8n極6nスロット(nは自然数)で構成され、前記ステータコアの複数の磁極における1つ置きの磁極に3n個の巻線を巻装したことを特徴とする三相電磁モータ。 - 前記n=1の8極6スロットで構成されるモータであって、前記ステータコアの前記磁極の1つ置きに3個の巻線を巻装したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の三相電磁モータ。
- n=2以上の場合は、各u相群、v相群、w相群の巻線を、渡り線を介して連続巻することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の三相電磁モータ。
- 前記ステータコアの複数の磁極の磁極幅は交互に異なり、かつ狭い磁極幅の磁極に巻線を巻装したことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の三相電磁モータ。
- 前記ステータコアの複数の磁極は、前記ステータコアの内径側が拡幅された磁極と内径側が縮幅された磁極とを交互に配置し、前記内径側が拡幅された磁極に巻線を巻装したことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の三相電磁モータ。
