Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の加飾フィルムは、ベースフィルム(101)とインク受容層(104)と着色層(204)を有し、着色層(204)は、紫外線硬化型もしくは電子線硬化型インクから成り、インク受容層(104)は、内部に光屈折材料から成るフィラー(5)を含有し、且つ空隙(4)を有することを特徴とする。

Description
供給リール200aには、連続フィルムである部分層フィルム100が巻き付けられている。この部分層フィルム100は、図7(b)に示すように、PETやアクリルフィルム等からなるベースフィルム101の上に、剥離層102,保護層(ハードコート層とも呼ばれている)103,アンカー層107が順番に形成されており、ベースフィルム101が内側、アンカー層107を外側にして、供給リール200aに巻き上げられている。
図8(a)(b)にシングルパス方式のインクジェット印刷機を示す。
(実施の形態1)
図1(a)は着色層を形成する前の部分層フィルム100を示す。
図3(a)は比較例1を示す。これは、シングルパス方式の高速の紫外線硬化型インクジェット印刷機により印刷した際の従来の部分層フィルム100である。
前述した様に、本発明の実施例1の部分層フィルム100には、図3(c)のように空隙4と、高屈折率微粒子及び光半導体微粒子から成るフィラー5がインク受容層104内に分散されており、印刷後の着色層204の未硬化部位を極めて少なくする利点がある。その他の効果として着色層204の一部がインク受容層内104にできた空隙4に吸収、且つ硬化もされているため、着色層204を形成する個々の紫外線インク同士が濡れ広がることが防止でき、隣接する紫外線インク同士が引っ付き難く、印刷画像の解像度が落ちることも防止できる。
図5(a)(b)は、本発明の実施例3の加飾フィルムの説明図である。
図5(a)は印刷前の部分層フィルム100を示し、インク受容層104のフィラーとして、高屈折率微粒子と光半導体微粒子から成るフィラー5と一緒に導電性微粒子から成るフィラー5aも含有されている。
図6(a)は、本発明の実施例4の加飾フィルムの説明図である。
図6(b)は、実施例4の加飾フィルムを使用してインサート成形した加飾フィルム付き成形品300Bを示している。
この実施例4の場合も、フィラー5として散乱、吸収、光電効果を期待できる酸化亜鉛、酸化チタンを、高屈折率微粒子且つ光半導体微粒子として混合したが、比較例と比べると、フィラー5として高屈折率微粒子を混ぜるだけでも効果的である。

Claims (8)
- ベースフィルムとインク受容層と着色層を有し、
前記着色層は、紫外線硬化型もしくは電子線硬化型インクから成り、
前記インク受容層は、内部に光屈折材料から成るフィラーを含有し、且つ空隙を有する
加飾フィルム。 - ベースフィルムの上に、剥離層,保護層,インク受容層が順に形成され、インク受容層に着色層を有し、
前記着色層は、紫外線硬化型もしくは電子線硬化型インクから成り、
前記インク受容層は、内部に光屈折材料から成るフィラーを含有し、且つ空隙を有する
加飾フィルム。 - 前記着色層の前記インクの一部が、前記インク受容層内に埋没した前記インクの形状が、前記インク受容層の表面側よりも前記保護層側が先細りである
