Description
供給リール200aには、連続フィルムである部分層フィルム100が巻き付けられている。この部分層フィルム100は、図7(b)に示すように、PETやアクリルフィルム等からなるベースフィルム101の上に、剥離層102,保護層(ハードコート層とも呼ばれている)103,アンカー層107が順番に形成されており、ベースフィルム101が内側、アンカー層107を外側にして、供給リール200aに巻き上げられている。
図8(a)(b)にシングルパス方式のインクジェット印刷機を示す。
(実施の形態1)
図1(a)は着色層を形成する前の部分層フィルム100を示す。
図3(a)は比較例1を示す。これは、シングルパス方式の高速の紫外線硬化型インクジェット印刷機により印刷した際の従来の部分層フィルム100である。
前述した様に、本発明の実施例1の部分層フィルム100には、図3(c)のように空隙4と、高屈折率微粒子及び光半導体微粒子から成るフィラー5がインク受容層104内に分散されており、印刷後の着色層204の未硬化部位を極めて少なくする利点がある。その他の効果として着色層204の一部がインク受容層内104にできた空隙4に吸収、且つ硬化もされているため、着色層204を形成する個々の紫外線インク同士が濡れ広がることが防止でき、隣接する紫外線インク同士が引っ付き難く、印刷画像の解像度が落ちることも防止できる。
図5(a)(b)は、本発明の実施例3の加飾フィルムの説明図である。
図5(a)は印刷前の部分層フィルム100を示し、インク受容層104のフィラーとして、高屈折率微粒子と光半導体微粒子から成るフィラー5と一緒に導電性微粒子から成るフィラー5aも含有されている。
図6(a)は、本発明の実施例4の加飾フィルムの説明図である。
図6(b)は、実施例4の加飾フィルムを使用してインサート成形した成形品300Bを示している。
この実施例4の場合も、フィラー5として散乱、吸収、光電効果を期待できる酸化亜鉛、酸化チタンを、高屈折率微粒子且つ光半導体微粒子として混合したが、比較例と比べると、フィラー5として高屈折率微粒子を混ぜるだけでも効果的である。

Claims (8)
- ベースフィルムと、
前記ベースフィルムの上に剥離層を介して形成されたインク受容層と、
前記剥離層と前記インク受容層との間に設けられた保護層と、
前記インク受容層の前記ベースフィルムとは反対の表面に紫外線硬化型インクで形成された着色層とを備え、
前記インク受容層が、樹脂に光屈折材料で構成されたフィラーを含有し、且つ隣接した前記フィラー同士の間に空隙が形成して構成され、
前記紫外線硬化型インクの一部が、前記インク受容層の表面から前記インク受容層の内部に向かって前記空隙に吸収され前記インク受容層内に埋没して硬化し、前記紫外線硬化型インクの残りが前記インク受容層の表面で硬化している、
加飾フィルム。 - 前記着色層の紫外線硬化型インクの液滴が、前記インク受容層の表面から前記インク受容層の内部に向かって細くなっているように、前記紫外線硬化型インクの一部が前記インク受容層内に埋没している、

前記着色層から露出した前記インク受容層の前記一部と前記着色層とを覆う接着層をさらに備えた、

前記本体部の表面に配置され、インク受容層と着色層を有する転写部と、を備え、
前記着色層は紫外線硬化型インクで形成され、
前記インク受容層は内部に光屈折材料で構成されたフィラーを含有し、且つ隣接した前記フィラー同士の間に空隙が設けられ、
前記紫外線硬化型インクの一部が、前記インク受容層の表面から前記インク受容層の内部に向かって前記空隙に吸収され前記インク受容層内に埋没して硬化し、前記紫外線硬化型インクの残りが前記インク受容層の表面で硬化している、
