Abstract
Description
図1に示す制御バルブ100は、供給源から供給される高圧の燃料ガス(以下ガスという)を燃料タンクに充填する燃料充填システムにおいて、燃料ガスの通路に介装される逆止弁として用いられる。
次に、図4A、図4B、図4Cを参照して、本発明の第2実施形態を説明する。以下では、上記第1実施形態と異なる点を中心に説明し、上記第1実施形態の制御バルブと同一の構成には同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。

Claims (5)
- 流体の流れを制御する制御バルブであって、
流体が通過するシート部と、
前記シート部に対して移動するポペット弁部と、
前記シート部を通過した流体が導かれる内周面を有するガイドシリンダ部と、
前記ガイドシリンダ部の内周面に摺接して前記ポペット弁部を支持するポペットガイド部と、
前記ガイドシリンダ部の内周面と前記ポペットガイド部の外周面の少なくとも一方に形成される整流スリットと、を備えることを特徴とする制御バルブ。 - 前記整流スリットは、前記ポペットガイド部の径方向の開口幅が前記ポペットガイド部の周方向の開口長より小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御バルブ。
- 前記整流スリットは、前記ポペットガイド部の軸方向の長さが前記シート部の最小開口径より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の制御バルブ。
- 前記整流スリットは、複数形成され、前記ポペットガイド部の周方向について均等な間隔に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の制御バルブ。
- 前記整流スリットの流路断面積は、上流側から下流側にかけて次第に拡大することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の制御バルブ。
