  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 高圧側４と低圧側５を連通するポート２のシー
    面２ａにポペツト弁３の円錘面３ａに当接し、高
    圧側４の高圧流体でポペツト弁３を移動してポー
    ト２を通して高圧側４の流体を低圧側５に流通す
    る圧力制御弁に用いるポペツト弁において、 前記、ポート２のシート面２ａより高圧側４部
    分とポペツト弁３の円錘面３ａとの間に、シート
    面２ａに向けて順次開口面積が減少したせばまり
    流れ部７を形成したことを特徴とする圧力制御弁
    に用いるポペツト弁。
