Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 弁本体１の内部に形成された流路２に設けられ
ている弁座３に接触離間する弁体９と、前記弁体
９に結合されたダイヤフラム１１と、前記ダイヤ
フラム１１の一つの面に沿つて形成され前記弁座
３よりも下流側の流体圧力が導入されるダイヤフ
ラム室１７と、前記ダイヤフラム１１のもう一つ
の面に作用させたばね１６とを具えている減圧弁
において； 前記流路２の流体圧力が導入され且つ導入され
た流体が前記弁座３の下流側よりも高い圧力にさ
れる圧力室２３を具え、前記圧力室２３が前記ダ
イヤフラム室１７と連通している； ことを特徴とする減圧弁。
