    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 上部を開放した石に流出入口を形成し中央部に
    この流入口とつながつた上向き流路を有する本体
    と、前記本体の上部に装着するふたと、前記本体
    とふたとの間にそれらの外周部で挾持されたダイ
    ヤフラムとからなり、前記ふたに形成した貫通孔
    より流体圧力をかけることによつてダイヤフラム
    を下降させて、前記本体の上向き流路上端のシー
    トに圧接させて弁を閉とし、前記下降したダイヤ
    フラムを弾性変形域にすることにより前記流体圧
    力を解除してダイヤフラムを上昇させて弁を開と
    することを特徴とするダイヤフラムシール弁。
