Claims (1)
- 端部に流入口、他端部に流出口、およびこれら
流入口と流出口をつなぐ流路を有する本体と前記
本体の上部にかぶさるふたと、前記本体とふたと
に外周部が挾持されるダイヤフラムと、前記ふた
の中心を貫通し下端はダイヤフラムと接触する弁
棒と、前記弁棒の上部に固定されたピストンと、
前記ピストンに対応するシリンダーとからなる空
気圧作動弁において、前記弁棒はその上端から下
部まで貫通孔を有し、前記貫通孔は前記ダイヤフ
ラム上につながつていることを特徴とする空気圧
作動弁。
