Claims (5)
- 光応答性ハイブリッド有機無機粒子を調製するためのプロセスであって、
(a)(1)水酸基、加水分解性基、及びこれらの組み合わせから選択される少なくとも2つのケイ素結合した基を含む、少なくとも1つのオルガノシラン化合物と、(2)少なくとも1つの未希釈光活性材料と、を混合してセラミック前駆体組成物を形成すること、及び
(b)前記加水分解性基の加水分解、及び前記オルガノシラン化合物の縮合を可能にするか又は誘発して、前記光活性材料を含むハイブリッド有機無機粒子を形成すること、
を含む、プロセス。 - 前記オルガノシランが、未希釈セラミック前駆体組成物を提供するように、未希釈形態である、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記オルガノシラン化合物が、次の一般式:
Si(R)4−p−(X)p (I)
(式中、各Rは独立して、有機基又はヘテロ有機基であり、各Xは独立して、ハロゲン原子、水素原子、アシルオキシ、アルコキシ、ヒドロキシル、及びこれらの組み合わせから選択され、pは、2又は3の整数である)によって表されるものから選択される、
及び/又は、前記光活性材料が、光活性薬物、染料、希土類ドープ金属酸化物ナノ粒子、金属ナノ粒子、半導体ナノ粒子、及びその組み合わせから選択される、請求項1又は2に記載のプロセス。 - 前記加水分解及び縮合が、前記セラミック前駆体組成物を、少なくとも1つの触媒を含む水性組成物と混合することによって達成される、
及び/又は、前記プロセスが、有機溶媒の不在下で行われる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。 - 光応答性ハイブリッド有機無機粒子を調製するためのプロセスであって、
(a)(1)少なくとも2つのケイ素結合した加水分解性基を含む、少なくとも1つの未希釈オルガノシラン化合物と、(2)少なくとも1つの未希釈光活性染料と、を混合して未希釈セラミック前駆体組成物を形成すること、及び
(b)前記未希釈セラミック前駆体組成物と、少なくとも1つの塩基、及び所望により、少なくとも1つの界面活性剤を含む水性組成物とを、有機溶媒の不在下で混合することによって、前記加水分解性基の加水分解及び前記オルガノシラン化合物の縮合を、可能にするか又は誘発して、前記光活性染料を含む有機的に改質されたシリカナノ粒子を形成すること、を含む、プロセス。
