Description
Claims (20)
- 等速ジョイントブーツであって、
軸方向に延在する円筒形の本体を有するブーツ筒と、
径方向に延在する移行部分と、
軸方向に延在する円筒形の取り付け部分であって、前記径方向に延在する移行部分は、前記軸方向に延在する円筒形の本体と、前記円筒形の取り付け部分と交差する、円筒形の取り付け部分と、
前記円筒形の本体と、前記移行部分と、結合領域の前記取り付け部分とのうちの少なくとも2つの内面に取り付けられる可撓性ブーツ部材と、
を備える、等速ジョイントブーツ。 - 前記可撓性ブーツは開口のない単体として構成される、請求項1に記載の等速ジョイントブーツ。
- 前記ブーツ筒は単体として構成される、請求項1に記載の等速ジョイントブーツ。
- 前記可撓性ブーツおよび前記ブーツ筒は、前記円筒形の本体と、前記径方向に延在する移行部分と、前記円筒形の取り付け部分とのうちの少なくとも2つにわたって、少なくともおよそ8.5mmから14.5mmの長さで結合する、請求項1に記載の等速ジョイントブーツ。
- 前記可撓性ブーツはおよそ1.5mmから3mmの厚さの断面を前記結合領域に有する、請求項1に記載の等速ジョイントブーツ。
- 前記可撓性ブーツは、前記径方向に延在する部分と、前記概して円筒形の軸方向に延在する取り付け部分との間の交点に隣接して配置される角度のついた突起を含む、請求項1に記載の等速ジョイントブーツ。
- 前記ブーツは前記ブーツ筒にオーバーモールド成形される、請求項1に記載の等速ジョイントブーツ。
- 前記角度は、90°より大きい角度と、90°より小さい角度とのうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項1に記載の等速ジョイントブーツ。
- 前記円筒形の本体と、前記径方向に延在する移行部分と、前記円筒形の取り付け部分とのうちの少なくとも1つは、概して剛性である、請求項1に記載の等速ジョイントブーツ。
- 等速ジョイントシールシステムであって、
等速ジョイントであって、前記ジョイントは内部ジョイント部材と、前記内部ジョイント部材に接続する外部ジョイント部材とを有する等速ジョイントと、
等速ジョイントブーツアセンブリであって、前記ブーツアセンブリはブーツ筒に結合領域で付着する可撓性ブーツを有し、前記結合領域は少なくとも1つの軸方向に延在する表面と、前記軸方向に延在する表面と角度をつけて交差する少なくとも1つの径方向に延在する表面とを有し、前記可撓性ブーツは選択的に圧縮可能であり、前記ブーツ筒が前記外部ジョイント部材としっかりと固定されるときに、シールを形成する、等速ジョイントブーツアセンブリと、
を備える、等速ジョイントシールシステム。 - 前記2つの領域は規定の大きさの結合領域を含む、請求項9に記載の等速ジョイントシステム。
- 前記可撓性ブーツおよび前記ブーツ筒は、少なくともおよそ8.5mmから14.5mmの長さで、前記円筒形の本体と、前記径方向に延在する移行部分と、前記円筒形の取り付け部分とのうちの少なくとも2つにわたって付着される、請求項9に記載の等速ジョイントシステム。
- 前記可撓性ブーツはおよそ1.5mmから3mmの厚さの断面を前記結合領域に有する、請求項9に記載の等速ジョイントシステム。
- 前記可撓性ブーツは前記径方向に延在する部分と、概して円筒形の軸方向に延在する取り付け部分との間の交点に隣接して配置される角度のついた突起を含む、請求項9に記載の等速ジョイントシステム。
- 前記可撓性ブーツは外部転動型ダイアフラムとして構成される、請求項9に記載の等速ジョイントシステム。
- 前記角度は約90°である、請求項9に記載の等速ジョイントシステム。
- 前記角度は70°〜110°の範囲である、請求項9に記載の等速ジョイントシステム。
- 前記可撓性ブーツは開口のない単体であり、前記ブーツ筒は単体である、請求項9に記載の等速ジョイントシステム。
- 前記等速ジョイントおよび前記ジョイントブーツアセンブリは、互いにしっかりと固定される場合はシールされ、圧力差に弾力的であり、そのため大気通気口は含まれない、請求項9に記載の等速ジョイントシステム。
- 前記角度は、90°より大きい角度と、90°より小さい角度とのうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項9に記載の等速ジョイントシステム。
