Claims (33)
- 電極ユニットが複数個積層され、シート状分離フィルムにより前記電極ユニットが互いに分離されて積層されたスタック・アンド・フォールディング型電極積層体を一つ以上含み、
前記電極積層体は分離フィルムを境界として隣接する電極ユニットに対して面積差を有する電極ユニットが積層されて形成された段差を一つ以上含む、電極組立体。 - 前記電極ユニットはシート状分離フィルムの一面または両面に配置されたものである、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記スタック・アンド・フォールディング型電極積層体は、Zフォールディング型電極積層体である、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記段差を1つまたは2つ含む、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記面積差を有する電極ユニットとそれに隣接する電極ユニットは、分離フィルムを境界として相互対面する対面電極が異なる極性の電極である、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記面積差を有する電極ユニットとそれに隣接する電極ユニットのうち面積の大きい電極ユニットの対面電極が負極である、請求項2に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記電極ユニットはそれぞれ独立して負極、正極、及び少なくとも一つの負極と少なくとも一つの正極が分離膜が介在された状態で積層されたユニットセルからなる群より選択される、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記ユニットセルは、それぞれ独立してジェリーロール型、スタック型、ラミネーション・アンド・スタック型及びスタック・アンド・フォールディング型からなる群より選択される、請求項7に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記ユニットセルは、分離膜を境界として隣接するユニットセルに対して面積差を有するユニットセルが積層されて形成された段差を少なくとも一つ含む、請求項8に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記積層体は、前記Zフォールディング型の積層体とともに、ジェリーロール型積層体、スタック・アンド・フォールディング型積層体またはこれらの組み合わせである積層体が前記分離フィルムにより積層されたものである、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記スタック・アンド・フォールディング型積層体は段差を含む、請求項10に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記電極組立体は、前記Zフォールディング型の積層体とともに、スタック型積層体、ジェリーロール型積層体、スタック・アンド・フォールディング型積層体及びこれらが2以上組み合わさった積層体からなる群より選択される少なくとも一つをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記スタック型積層体、ジェリーロール型積層体、スタック・アンド・フォールディング型積層体及びこれらの組み合わせのうち少なくとも一つの積層体は、段差を有する、請求項12に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記積層体は少なくとも一つのコーナー部の形状が異なる電極ユニットを少なくとも一つ含む、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記積層体は少なくとも一つのコーナー部が曲面状である電極ユニットを一つ以上含む、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記少なくとも一つのコーナー部が曲面状である電極ユニットを2以上含み、少なくとも一つの電極ユニットは他の電極ユニットと曲率が異なる曲面状のコーナー部を有する、請求項15に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記積層体は、前記電極ユニットが積層される高さ方向に向かうほど電極ユニットの面積が小さくなるように積層された、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記積層体は各電極ユニットの一コーナー部が一致するように配列されて積層されている、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記積層体は、分離フィルムを境界として相互隣接する電極ユニットのうち少なくとも一つは他の電極ユニットの積層面内に含まれるように積層された、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記積層体は各電極ユニットの中心部が一致するように積層された、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記電極ユニットはその厚さが同一または異なる、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記電極組立体の最外郭に配置される電極は一面が電極無地部である単面コーティング電極であり、前記電極無地部が電極組立体の外部を向くように配置され、前記電極組立体は分離フィルムまたは分離膜が外部に露出する、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記単面コーティング電極は正極である、請求項19に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記電極組立体の最外郭に配置される電極は負極であり、前記電極組立体は分離フィルムまたは分離膜が外部に露出する、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記電極ユニットはそれぞれの電極に対応する電極タブを有し、前記電極タブはその大きさが同一又は異なる、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記電極タブは電極ユニットの何れか一つの端部または対向する端部に付着される、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 請求項1から26の何れか1項に記載の電極組立体が電池ケースに収納されている電池セル。
- 前記電池ケースはパウチ型ケースである、請求項27に記載の電池セル。
- 前記電池ケースは内部に電極組立体を収納し、電極組立体の形状に対応して段差または傾斜面を有する、請求項28に記載の電池セル。
- 前記電池セルはリチウムイオン二次電池またはリチウムイオンポリマー二次電池である、請求項27に記載の電池セル。
- 請求項27に記載の電池セルを一つ以上含む、デバイス。
- 前記電池セルの余剰空間にデバイスのシステム部品が位置する、請求項31に記載のデバイス。
- 前記デバイスは携帯電話、携帯用コンピューター、スマートフォン、スマートパッド、ネットブック、LEV(Light Electronic Vehicle)、電気自動車、ハイブリッド電気自動車、プラグインハイブリッド電気自動車、または電力貯蔵装置である、請求項31に記載のデバイス。
